I live in Roanoke, va, the dealership here told me they would have to have my car for three weeks just for a brake booster.
I told a coworker what was going on and he said call Apple ford in lynchburg.
I did and was very happy from the first call and speaking with Zack. We set a date I drive to lynchburg back the same day.
Appleford wins hands down with me.
Great place for service when I need another car they will for sure get my business.

Service department is full of lying, incompetent people who think customers are stupid. Made an appointment to get my truck fixed 4 weeks out because that's what was open. Took it in just to have them charge me $145 to come back and tell me the problem was exactly what I told them it was. Quoted me $600 over the phone for repairs, but after looking at it the quote was over $2000, and they never took wanting apart or looked at anything relating to my problem. Tech tried telling me they couldn't get individual parts I needed, but had to get the entire assembly. Funny your website has all the individual parts listed. I expected better from factory Ford service.

To start with l have bought several new vehicles from your dealership l know you own apple Ford of Danville and that is where my problem is we went in apple Ford of Danville and purchased a new vehicle from them and traded a 2016 Ford escape titanium where we bought it new and they greatly undervalued our vehicle they gave me 3000 dollars for it and l looked later on the blue book and it said even with 160000 miles with nothing wrong with it it was still worth over 7 thousand that is one thing the next day after spending 40000 dollars on a new vehicle l was met at the door and was told l owe 40 more dollars l will never buy from apple Ford or recommend them to no one l have already told 3 people who was ready to buy do not buy from you thank you.

These folks are friendly but are not easy to work during the purchase process and after you buy a vehicle. They will smile to take your money, but not attempt to meet your future needs or attempt to sustain a relationship (aka your future business).

Went in to sell a vehicle of mine and they surpassed the offers of other local dealers. Very easy transaction and transparent. Melvin was awesome to work with and he’s a Navy vet as well. Can’t recommend Apple Ford and Melvin enough!

Incredible customer service and loyalty. I met with Iheb initially and right away he made me feel welcome. Iheb was very respectful of my decision making time and never pressured me, however, he saw my best interest and I could tell he put my family first. I believe he gave me an incredible value for my vehicle. Mark in finance was great, and Cam the manager was a great guy as well. I would recommend Apple Ford to anyone!

I recently purchased a new to me vehicle from Apple Ford. I had the pleasure of working with Iheb as my salesman and there are not enough nice words to say about him. There was no pushy salesman stuff and he just answered the questions I had. If he had been a pushy salesman I would have walked away. Apple Ford has a great team from salesman, to manager, to the "nice man who takes you money" (his words lol). The whole experience was great and I have already recommended Apple Ford and Iheb personally to my friends!

I couldn’t waittttt to make this review! I broke my leg running to Google to post this! ? When I first got to Apple Ford I was approached by Ihab. He was very professional, friendly and helpful in finding what was perfect for my family & my pockets. He was informative & thoughtful. Him, Cam & John (oh I just love John lol) they made me feel like family. I realized my floor mat was missing a couple days after I bought my car.. contacted Ihab & he made sure it was replaced 30 mins later. I am in love with my new SUV & I absolutely adore this company because of their employees. I am an apart of the Ford family now & I love it! HIGHLYYYYY recommend!!!! Oh & I sent my ex you guys way today lol he wants to be a part of the Ford family too ? ?

Daryll is by far the best Ford dealership employee we have ever dealt with. We have purchased three new vehicles and had to have service repairs and recalls done which is always a pain and disappointing when you purchase a brand new vehicle. Other dealers and employees have made this experience even worse and difficult by giving false information and treating us poorly. Daryll knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and invested in helping the customer come to the best solution possible. We will always service our vehicles here and will work with Daryll when it is time to purchase again!

While I appreciate that Apple got me in for an oil change 24 hours later, I didn't appreciate them charging me $10 more than they quoted me.
When I inquired about the price difference the receptionist first stated that it took an extra quart of oil.
"But you're the dealership, don't you know exactly how many quarts each of the vehicles take?" I replied.
"Well, we have a new system and we are all learning how to use it and price things." she next stated.
"While I can appreciate a learning curve, I don't think I should be your misquoting guinea pig (no offense to our fine, furry rodents intended)" I quiped back.
"Sorry, baby" was her final words on the subject.
"Well, me, too. Sorry I can't give you a good review if you can't keep your word to me."
This was for an oil change. Doubt we would feel comfortable coming back for anything more substantial.
