“As a college student, finding a place that feels both safe and comfortable was my top priority and this apartment complex has exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt completely at ease thanks to the secure entry systems, well-lit parking lots, and the presence of on-site staff who genuinely care. The neighborhood is quiet, and I’ve never had any issues walking to and from my apartment, even at night.
The complex is also super student-friendly. The management is responsive and respectful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. It’s close to campus but far enough away to give me some peace and quiet when I need to focus. I’ve met other students here too, which has made it feel like a supportive little community.
If you’re a student looking for a safe, clean, and convenient place to live, I highly recommend this complex. It’s been a huge relief to know that my living situation is something I don’t have to stress about.
I lived at University of Lynchburg and it was horrible compared to here I feel much safer and not spending 200$ on laundry”

“Pretty cool little spot. They have a large collection. However, they didn't seem to have a large selection of newer alt/rock/metal vinyl. The newer vinyl was more hip-hop than anything. Although i may have just overlooked it. Nice quaint record store. It's definitely worth a stop”
“My experience with residing at this property is great. The staff are like family: Miss Tina who runs the office is professional alongside her team: Office Manager - Ray Kermode and Miss Phyllis is very pleasant. Ray is the person that I communicate with mostly. I’ve even had a few conversations with him about life. He really cares and I really wish I could clone him. Whenever I have a maintenance issue; which is rare, they are on top of it. The apartments are huge and affordable. I love the two balconies, one in the front of the dinning room and the other in the master bedroom. If you are looking for a place that is conveniently located and well kept, I suggest that you reach out to them.”
