We bought a reclining love seat and sofa combo and a single recliner. We purchased the warranty protection plan so our furniture would be protected for 5 years. We also had our furniture delivered. Within 5 months the handles on our love seat to control the recliners broke (both of them at the same time). It took 2 months to get a technician out to the house to look at it after submitting multiple claims, pictures, and videos and making several follow up phone calls. After all of that, they decided to replace instead of fix the handles. I was told to "just come pick it up" that it was ready at the store because the store does not do delivery any more. We got there and they asked where the broken couch was. After speaking to the store 4x, not one person told us to bring in the other couch. The communication and the time it takes to get anything done with this company is ridiculous and they just don't care.

Purchase livingroom set, 2 different pieces delivered, it was returned. Tried again, purchased dresser and nightstand. I paid for it to be delivered to designated room and boxes removed. It was put in the designated room and that’s all. I had to do the rest. I could have paid $110. 00 less for it to be left on the front porch.

Kamishia was very knowledgeable about the furniture protection plan. She explained it thoroughly. Therefore my furniture is covered for 5 years, outstanding.
