If you work with the public you should probably have thicker skin to be able to deal with customers especially ones that are there every day. Manager bans me because I lose my wallet and I'm upset I do not accuse anyone. I do not threaten anyone but manager likes to ban people. Apparently she has no authority at home.

Eyewitness,. Older black lady comes in. She had one a few days ago on one of the machines here. She had a $60 ticket. They would not give it to her even though she had won. When the lady left the employees all bashed her and made fun of her for losing $60. Lady was in her '60s. She had no reason to lie.

I am foreign. I speak Spanish and also speak English but they did not know they were talking about me and my friends they are very racist they thought that because we were winning money we were cheating using our cell phone Kristen on the fish table they do not want you doing money there they only care about themselves

Gas is expensive, with extreme prices on food and drinks. The quick e food store is a better bet in the area.

Manager likes to ban people even though they spend thousands of dollars in their store for no reason. I lost my last night at that store. Gone for 5 minutes to turn around. Ask them to look at the camera if they say they can't do it. The next morning I get banned from the store because the employee felt uncomfortable because I always worked up about my wallet. Mind you and never cussed him. Never yelled at him. Never threatened him. I was banned because the lady just wants to throw around her power

I've been going to the store for months. Been to get them out of money there. I lost my wallet turned around 5 minutes later it was gone. Mind you employees are standing outside. I for sure had my wallet inside. Now it's gone. I get a little worked up, not cussing them at all. But the next day I come to the store and ask them to look at the cameras in the manager bands me from the store because I made her employee feel uncomfortable because obviously like anyone I'm a little worked up about losing $120, my medicine, my ID, my food stamp card etc. If you're going to spend your money at a local place, I wouldn't do it there. They did not respect you

Visited their store yesterday, Sept 21,2020. Went inside to grab a 20 oz soda. 2 ladies working, cooking food. No gloves no masks. I'm at the register with my soda. One lady walks up and takes my drink. Not one word was spoken during the entire transaction. No hello, how are u, is this all, NOTHING. Complete silence. She gives me my receipt and I stand there for a second to see if she will say thank u....nope! So I say thank you and she replies with an "mmm hmmm". I will not go back in that store ever again. And would rate a 0 if possible. How disrespectful and rude. If it's a bother for you to do ur job properly, maybe u should find work that doesnt deal with the public.
