Just left this establishment after washing my vehicle and I feel like my car isn’t clean. I used the high pressure rinse, then soap and proceeded to scrub my car. The bristles were extremely soft and didn’t seem like they were scrubbing, just moving the dirt around. But before I started to wash my vehicle, I was forced to put a $10 bill in the machine seeing how the change machine didn’t work. Definitely bring your own quarters or change or lots of ones/ small bills.

I have no idea why there are negative reviews of this place. Seriously, an average of 2.5 stars?!? Look, I don't normally give reviews at all (you know, life) but when I do my integrity dictates that if I give a review it has to be an honest one. I almost never give five (or one) stars. It suggests near perfection, very rare. But after ten years of using them, I can only say great things about them. They do a fantastic job and the price is very fair.I got chatting with another customer while we were waiting and she was equally impressed. I always tip the guys well and still feel like it's not enough. If I had to think of something negative it would be that it takes a while, but I could easily argue that it's because they're taking the time to do a great job. Maybe, I'm just speculating here, the negative reviews were from people that come during a rush, when they have to keep things moving. I, too, can't odo anything thoroughly and efficiently when I'm rushed. I usually go there when it's not super busy.

Nice guys,friendly, they did a great job. The price is lower than most detail places. The waiting area is comfortable. The biggest thing is is that they're fast!

This place has gone way downhill. There was basic dirt that they didn't wipe off for me, and streaks everywhere that would've taken very little time to wipe out. So many bug spots that wouldn't have taken much effort to wipe off either. Disappointing to say the least.

Let me start out with my boyfriend has been a loyal client of yours until Sept. 22nd, 2023. He took our car to get washed like he normally does, when they finished the car THE FRONT WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED clear across the driver side. It must be a solid 12 inch crack if not longer in the front driver side. The gentleman who washed the car had the audacity to say It was like that, then came clean to the fact something must have hit it when it was getting washed or dried. That this happens sometimes and that he was aware when he took the keys there was no crack!!! Since my boyfriend kept saying that wasn't there and stood firmly since he drove the car there and asking the questions of did you see a crack or not and finally to get the truth out of him that this would could have happenED when they had the car AND DIDN'T SEE IT COMMON YOU SAW IT AND HOPED WE WOULDN'T SEE IT. So after a solid 10 mins of trying to get someone and get the truth. MY boyfriend then asked to speak to someone which he was led to JASON, and said you need to contact our assistant manager HECTOR VILLARREAL. JASON the whole entire time was rushing my boyfriend as if him asking questions about our car was a bothersome. Now almost 2 weeks later we are getting the run around and them refusing to acknowledge their mistake of not taking the proper protocols when washing a car and saying now they didn't do this. BUT YET!! JASON AND THE MAN who washed the car saw first hand is fully aware this came from their carwash and whoever the individual or individuals washing and drying the car. I RECCOMMEND TO NEVER EVER GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!!!! I would give zero stars!! HOW CAN THIS PLACE BE TRUSTED and the EMPLOYEES ARE JUST RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops of people to get the proper customer service and just fix the mistake of the windshield. NEVER RETURNING HERE AGAIN!

A special thanks to Hector V. for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Hector is always friendly and professional. On one occasion, when the car wash was closing, Hector waited for me to run home and bring in our second car to get washed before closing. Ours was the last car through the wash that day, and I was impressed that Hector was kind enough to accommodate us! Thank you, and keep up the good work!

I've had issues with this car wash for years. They charge an arm and a leg, take a long time, and you never leave fully satisfied. Nothing like paying almost $200 to get into your car and notice that it is still dirty in the cracks and crevices. Every. Time. I haven't been back in years due to these issues until yesterday. I had someone throw up in my car and I cleaned the majority of it yet needed it to be cleaned further so out of desperation I ended up here. Again almost $200 later and there was still throw up in my seats, & in the cracks. I had to pay another company $100 to come to ME at my home and actually clean it properly. So now I'm out $300 due to this place not giving a proper detail. Do not recommend at all.

If you enjoy good customer service and the actual quality of what you are paying for, this is the place to bring your car for either a detail, or even a very good wash. The staff take their time to do the job right. Had a couple drives out of state that caused my car to get really dirty. Out of state I tried a wash that actually made my car worse. When I came back to Henderson to go to Lucky 7, I got the car detailed. Looked just as good as when I bought the car. They have many pricing options if you're a person who needs to budget. Their best wash is the Jackpot. Very comfortable place to relax in while you're waiting. I will never go anywhere else again as long as this place is around.

I only use the self spray bays and they are Hit or miss, something always seems to be out of order and there is usually a mess that could be pretty easily cleaned. Coin machine took my $5 bill.7 hills maxes out at 4/5 stars when everything works.Bring your own cash/quarters, No way I'm swiping a card at this place based on how the rest of it runs, and its way too easy to have a 1/5 or zero star experience here.

I sprayed my car here once before, and it was great. The second time I visited the machines weren't working but gave no sign of it. The coin machine took $2.25 from me and then never started and there was no way to get a refund. When I tried using the sprayer to see if it would work it was covered in some sort of oil. Then I noticed the floor was covered in some kind of grease. No towel or anything to clean myself off with, so i ended up paying $2.25 just to leave the car wash dirtier than I ot my car was in the first place.
