I love going to 7-11... The team here is pretty Kool... I like how they make sure everything is up to par and even take the time out to get to know there customers... They learn who you are and know what you typically come in to get... The management team does a tremendous job making sure that hospitality is the major priority here and im sure I'm not the only customer that appreciates this...

Although this location seems to have constant police patrol it's the best after hour convenient store if you live in walking distance. As far as safety, it's about as safe as any other stores in Lynchburg. All these stores and restaurants in Lynchburg have been violated some way at one point and time so it's not fair to point fingers at one. If you're worried about crowds, don't shop between 10:30pm and 12 midnight. Mornings and evenings are the best times to shop like most other locations. The staff are friendly and everything gets better with time.

The employees are usually nice but the guy they hired with locs who refused to tell me his name, his attitude & customer service sucks and he rings stuff up wrong

Banned from the store permanently by the franchisee/owner because I voiced a complaint to corporate. So that's the kind of people you allow to be an ambassador of your brand. Wow. Need to make a change before further loss of business proves to be catastrophic.
