I was in an unfamiliar area an hour away from my destination. It was after business hours on a weekend, so no one was open to replace the battery. Jonathan offered to go to a nearby Walmart store with me, helped me purchase a battery, and placed it on my car. He was very professional and efficient and definitely went above and beyond.”
