Waited all morning to sign for a package. Saw the FedEx truck arrive. The driver got out and walked up my front steps. I waited for the doorbell. When it didn't ring I went to open the door and he was already back in his truck and leaving. I checked the online tracking which said "Delivery Attempted." This was a flat out lie. When I went to this location to pick up the package there were 2 other customers there with the same complaint and with Ring doorbell footage. To make matters worse, it took forever to find an employee who was even willing to talk to me about what happened. This was an extremely important time sensitive package that i had been waiting for. DO NOT trust your important packages to these people. They simply don't care. The internet is full of this same story about FedEx drivers. One star is generous but the least number the system allows me to give.

If I could leave minus 10 for a rating......my son and his wife tried twice to send me a gift box from Harry and David's. The first try they never notified me and this prompted my son to have the company resend it. It arrived to the Ashland location on the 22nd of December. They kept delaying it and lying, saying we were never home. This package required a signature and they were too lazy to perform their job. I had to drive to Ashland from Midlothian to retrieve my package on the 30th. This is what my Royal pears looked like due to their incompetence. You better wake up FedEx! Or you'll be out of business. I've notified Harry and David of your poor performance.

Why is it that a package can make it through 6 states in one day, but get stuck in this facility for the same length of time? Twice? Does anyone take these reviews seriously?

This is by far the worse worse worse place to get your stuff delivery. For the 3rd time now they can't deliver a package. My address is wrong is what the driver said but every time I call the have the righty address. This house has sat here since 1981 and nothing has changed maybe updating the gps could fix this problem? Or are drivers simple no willing to come out? Please don't use them save your self some trouble.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I was supposed to receive two packages for work a week before my start date. By my first day I had not received either so I called my company to ask what was going on. They informed me that Fedex had not taken my complete address for the shipment. Only my apartment number. They had that corrected for one of the packages but not both. The next day I received one of the packages but not both. I am having to now go pick up the second package because if I don't I will not be able to use it until Thursday. Do not recommend ever using this location. Customer service was awful and had no clue what they were doing

Although I ship regularly due to my business, I needed to ship a package to Germany last week. Michelle, at the main counter, was very helpful. In addition to helping me pack the contents, she was very knowledgeable about the paperwork and processes needed to ship the package. I have sometimes used UPS or USPS and have found FedEx express to deliver in a timely manner and unlike the others, employees have always been friendly and courteous.

Driver blocked my wife's car to deliver some packages next door as she was trying to back out of our driveway. She honked the horn, the driver ignored her, and slowly delivered the packages to our neighbor, and took his time in leaving. I mentioned to the driver that my wife would be late for work because he was blocking our driveway. He didn't seem to care. Tried to call Fedex yesterday, on hold for about 15 minutes, hung up. The email link you are supposed to get through auto chat doesn't exist. From now on, I use another delivery service if I order anything online. Also, a few weeks ago, it took three days from the local Fedex center to here to deliver a cd.
