Had a very last minute booking and very late arrival, staff was very understanding and accommodating. Polite & friendly. Clean room. Had extra coffee, linens & bath products. Google directly were weird but thats not their fault.Rooms: Clean, quiet, easy access

We will not come back. Our room (#215) had a ripped worn shower curtain. The exhaust fan cover was not installed properly. The bathroom floor and closet were dirty. There were missing/blown-out light bulbs. The overall room furnishings were old and dated. The only ice machine on site was dirty and out of order. We were told they were waiting for parts.This place is in need of repairs and maintenance. Two stars to support small businesses. Unfortunately, ownership shows little pride in this facility.The only positive to this hotel was the on-site restaurant that served good breakfast at a very reasonable price.

My wife and I checked in at 3pm, before we even got to the room we started noticing the outside of the building was not well maintained (bird nest inside the roof, dirty rags on the ground, wood railing starting to rot). We walked into the room (room 206), it smelled like mold, we found bugs flying around, and it had a nasty brown stain on the bathroom door. We walked straight back to the front desk and asked for a refund because we did not want to stay there anymore and they refused. They wanted to offer us another room but between the outside appearance and the room, we did not want to stay at this hotel. Absolutely awful, please do not waste your money here. We ended up going to a different hotel across the street.

This place gives Quality Inn a bad reputation. Room was unkept with stains and small holes in the wall that no one bothers to seal. Worn-out furnitures. Electrical wires sticking out behind the bathroom mirror. The toilet was not secured firmly to the floor. It appears that no one cares about maintaining the room or too many failed DIY attempts. I was a bitten by a bug in the middle of the night. Don't know if it was spider or mosquitos.The ice machine was off and it was filthy. I didn't bother asking them to turn it on. The mini fridge barely keeps our bottle water cold.Unfortunately we didn't read the negative reviews before booking this place. It appears to be the same issues from prior years that have not been addressed.Gave two stars for the convenience location and to support small businesses, but that's about it. Will not return to this place.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I checked in and within 10 minutes I checked out. This place is absolutely disgusting. I walked in my room and it smelled of mold, there were bugs, and there was a hand print on the bathroom door in what looked like poop. The pictures here are NOT what this property looks like. The outside is rundown, trash everywhere, and dirty rags on the ground. If you’re thinking of spending the night in this hotel, do yourself a favor and book any other hotel in the area. The management staff are rude and just yell at you when you tell them you’re leaving 10 minutes after you arrived due to the property not being in a livable condition. Just awful.

This quality inn was quite a disappointment. The room was very dirty and we had to check out early....no refunds. We couldn't even use the shower because it was dirty and had a lot of hair in it. I was very upset due to having higher expectations for this hotel.

This is a delightful hotel that was clean and conveniently located to Shanandoah National Park, which was where we needed. I also highly recommend the diner attached to the hotel for breakfast, Alexander's; great coffee, great salt pork (a southern specialty), great service.

Thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel! Check-in was swift and functional, rooms were pleasant and clean, shower pressure was excellent, and it is in a safe and quiet area. Check in awarded a 10% discount coupon for the attached restaurant. We dined next door the Il Vesuvio Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria which was a great experience as well. If I come back to this area, I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean, beds were fairly comfortable, staff were friend & the location was great for us (15 min away from the the venue of the wedding we were attending. Parking was an issue - 1st night drove in late & there was 1 space left- there was a truck with a camper that was taking up several spaces. The night of the wedding, we came back late again & there were literally no spaces left. It didn’t help that there is 2 storage containers taking up several spaces either. However, the night manager moved his car & so we were able to park up front.

It’s perfect for what it is - an older style, lower budget place to stay. It’s clean, quiet, has friendly service. We came in very late. Super friendly and helpful front desk guy. Beds are comfy & clean. Bathroom is clean. Decor is dated. It’s not perfect. But you expect that. 100% would come

The gentleman at the front desk was fantastic. The room was not clean. I don’t want to give a bad review but the room appeared to have been slept in without a decent cleaning. The only reason I’m even giving a review is because I received repeated emails requesting a review. Maybe now they’ll stop.

Doing some remodeling, however no regular room service . Some shower being remodel but don't drain well,a/c filters never clean or replace. I have to clean them 1 st day I'm in the room and my stay is long term,shower leaks . However Ashley did my room when I ask her and did awesome job, she should get a raise . Hotel register in the bedbugs list with high ratings. Must improve Hygiene and cleanlinessRooms: Need lots of up grades USB plugs ,sconces light fixtures are lose,too much furniture for such small rooms maybe wall mount TVs, fridge and microwave should not be in the closet. Containers out in the parking lot needs to go makes it difficult to for people to parkFood & drinks: There's no continental breakfast and if need coffee must ask front desk for itNoteworthy details: Mostly quiet,has ice and vending machines

I would’ve gave this place a 5 star if the outdoor pool didn’t look the way it did. The pool was dirty with no cover; yet it was closed. The cement area around the pool was dirty and cluttered. And the gate around the pool was destroyed in some areas. Otherwise, the room was great! A little dust on the lamps but other than that, the mirror was LED lighted, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had a walk in shower! No tub! Looked newly constructed! I was very impressed! The service was wonderful! Very polite! They gave us stay customer discounts on our breakfast down in the restaurant connected. The food was very southern and delicious! The hotel was quiet for the most part. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. Sheets were clean! Microwave was clean! Tv worked with good channels. Water pressure was good and water stayed hot entire use. It was a good stay. Right in the middle of Main Street. It’s not much to do in this area but it is walking distance to a few nice restaurants.
