Jonathan with Bennett and Butler was dispatched by my roadside assist for what would hopefully be quickly jumping off my battery. We realized my battery would need to be replaced. I was in an unfamiliar area an hour away from my destination. It was after business hours on a weekend, so no one was open to replace the battery. Jonathan offered to go to a nearby Walmart store with me, helped me purchase a battery, and placed it on my car. He was very professional and efficient and definitely went above and beyond.

Would never buy a vehicle here again.First day had my vehicle check engine light came on when i got home.It was a very quit vehicle til i got the oil change.Then the pistons were very noisy and got more so after a longer period of time.It lasted 2 and a half years.Then got rid of it.

We were on vacation in Luray when our car suddenly overheated and started smoking on the highway. AAA sent a tow truck from this auto shop and we are so grateful they did! Despite our car breaking down at 5pm on a Friday and most shops not working on vehicles over the weekend, Jonathon kindly offered to look at it and if he could fix it before our departure the next morning he would.
He went out of his way to help us! His wife gave us a ride back to the accommodation and he and his employees had to go to three separate places to get the parts they needed for the repair. While it was an expensive fix, it was absolutely honest and he apologized profusely for the high cost (very expensive parts needed) and even reduced the labor costs a lot to help us out. He also included lots of photos to show us what was done and explained how our last repair person had scammed us with a $25 part instead of replacing our gaskets. Which was good to know!
These are good people who you can trust. I’m tempted to drive all the way back next time I need a service!

BUYER BEWARE! This car lot is ran by the Spain's, I guess they don't want their name involved because most of Page County knows most the Spains are crooks. They sell junk and tackle on fees that they do not tell you about in the beginning.
DO NOT EVER buy anything from James Spain, better known as Dooder. His dad Tony allows him to use the lot to sell vehicles I am guessing because of the fact Dooder does not have a dealers license and is selling them illegally so that he can keep his foodstamps and medical assistance , he literally has a car lot going on in his front yard which looks more like a junkyard and every car he sells is junk.. Dooder has quite the reputation in Page County for being a dirty lying crook and a big time addict/dealer, just look him up on the local court house, this goes for a bunch of other Spains as well.
Most the positive reviews you see on here and on FB for this lot and Dooders sale history of vehicles are actually family and friends trying to make them look good.

It shows online they are a buy here pay here but everything I ask them about they keep saying it's through a bank or a loan agency so I'm highly upset with the false advertisement as a BUY HERE PAY HERE
