So I’ve been waiting for over 5 days for diabetic medication. Had a second package sent, it arrives before the first one somehow. Mind you coming from the same place. Then I go to the post office here to get it, it’s on the truck. All she’s gotta do is pull it off and bring it to me. Nope to lazy, now I gotta wait all day for her to deliver it because she couldn’t walk the extra 20 feet. Pure incompetence from the postal service. No wonder the whole system is going down the drain.

I use this post office quite a bit and the clerks really do a good job. They keep a great attitude and I see a lot of passport people in there which takes a long time for the clerks. Always very helpful to me. And they do a great job dealing with some of the local idiots, who have left one star reviews here

The staff at the Lovettsville PostOffice has been kind, courteous and extremely helpful from the moment we moved here. The staff has always been so helpful with all my postal needs questions. Always a pleasant experience when I need to go there.

"Julie" at Lovettsville USPS is exceptional! Renewing your Passport is not always an easy thing to accomplish, but Julie really did make it that way. The best part was that she suggested ways to expedite the process, as well as make sure everything was complete and accurate (she takes a great passport photo too). I appreciated the level of service, her knowledge, and a very warm demeanor, during a really busy time of day. We are all very lucky to have Julie at our local USPS. A BIG Thank You!

These employees are consistently kind and willing. It’s location saves me time. My only complaint is that they close for lunch.

I paid for 2 day shipping, it was delivered 2 days ago to our post office but the incompetent mail person took it on the truck each day but unlike the rest of my mail did decided not to put it in the mail box. Its not something to sign for, im tracking the package so I can see that it went out for delivery each day but nope not put in the mailbox. Customer service was not remotely helpful, "we just dont know why it wasn't delivered." I know why, someone does not know how to do their very simple job.
