Was looking for a higher end zero turn mower and visited two John deer dealers, two Toro dealers, and kubota but ended up with a Bad Boy from Jamie’s because they were absolutely wonderful to work with from the start through the sale. They were incredibly patient with my repeated visits to test drive and phone calls over the course of two weeks. They were extremely knowledgeable on the machines and very up-front about every aspect of the mowers and the prices. They earned my trust and I am very pleased to have done business with them now and in the future. The store is tucked away in the country but it was worth finding this gem.

Brought my pressure washer to this shop for warranty work. This pump repair took 7 MONTHS! This repair was obviously not a high priority and some of that time was probably waiting on parts from the original manufacturer. But, when I got the pressure washer back it is clear that it sat outside for this entire length of time. The frame was filled with water, the decals were faded by the sun, the paint on the frame was faded, the fuel tank was covered in mildew, the exhaust cover has more rust on it. Not to mention the pump which they "repaired" leaked oil after putting .3 hours on it. Couldn't be more disappointed. This company obviously has a major lack of respect for the customer's property they are repairing. I would look elsewhere. Pictures are before and after the wonderful repair. There's only a .6 engine hour difference between pictures. These were the hours put on by Jamie's during testing.

A good lawnmower and chainsaw shop. They sell Bad Boy mowers. Just bought a Rogue 72" from them. This machine is like driving a tornado.

My journey started with several other dealers and quickly transpired into a debacle, even with calls to the manufacturer. I then called Jamie's with a few inquires, and quickly felt at ease with the knowledge, respect, and attention that was spent answering my questions. I then went to test the equipment and had my family with me, my wife even commented " Now I see why we spent an hour to get here , and are purchasing from Jamie's". As mentioned above, because of the way we were treated, we will definitely use this dealer for our future needs.

Great shop for any small engine repair. I took my chainsaw and weed cutter there and I really liked the service I got. One of the rare and authentic businesses thats left today where they know what they are doing. Prices are great they are honest. For example if something took 15 min to fix they will charge you for that 15 minutes. They are my repair and maintenance shop for all my tools now.

Bought a Bad Boy mower from them. Like how I was able to try it out on their lot rather then just viewing a display model. However after sales services can be improved. They need extra hands to get servicing done in a timely fashion.
