This is the second time 1-800-FLOWERS has utilized this florist for an arrangement for my Grandmother. Both times, the arrangement looked nothing like what it was suppose to and the sheer quality was as consistent as a first time florist using weeds from their backyard. I've spoken with Donna before, who admittedly said she didn't have the products to fulfill the order. Do not use this business for any floral needs.

My father recently passed away and a few people ordered some pretty pricy floral arrangements through the funeral home website. The orders were completed by Donna's Flowers and they were very disappointing. I'm actually ashamed that people who were kind enough to spend that kind of money were ripped off by Donna's. The company I work for ordered a $240 spray and it was ALL filler with a few flowers thrown in. Another arrangement was in a very large display basket with hardly any flowers. Please do not use this establishment.

I wish I could post pictures of the mess this company left on my porch but I don't know how. Anyway, my mom sent me flowers for my birthday which was yesterday and when she called to ask me "did you get your bouquet?", I had no idea what she was talking about. Apparently she paid extra to have them delivered on my birthday only to them not show up. Fast forward to today, the flowers did show up but were totally destroyed. I found the vase tipped over on my door mat with all of the flowers scattered on the porch. Mind you it's about 20 degrees outside and windy, who leaves flowers on a doorstep in the cold a day late? FTD shouldn't allow hacks like this to operate. This business is simply someone operating out of their house while posing as a legitimate florist. Of course they can underbid everyone else, they aren't a real business. Save yourself the headache and disappointment, order from a legit florist directly, don't use the FTD delivery sites that cater to con artists like this. Here's to hoping their driver stepped in a pile of dog p*** while crossing my yard.

I would highly NOT recommend this florist. The first arrangement came with I AM NOT KIDDING YOU dead flowers. Roses drooping, petals falling off, edges dark and wilted. I called and they said they would deliver another arrangement the next day. Well the next day came and went and I had to call again. The second arrangement wasn't much better. Maybe they shouldn't handle roses - I don't know. Avoid this establishment.

I received a Mother's Day arrangement from this florist that was not up to par...having been in the florist business, before, I know that "things"happen and the test is how the problem is solved. Donna replaced the original arrangement, within hours, with the most magnificent bouquet I've ever seen!!! I will certainly continue to do business with her shop.

DO NOT USE!!! I would give no stars if it was an option. This has to be the worst florist in northern VA. Ordered flowers through USAA's FTD buying service for my wife for Anniversary and had it delivered to her work in Lansdowne. Now why would FTD use a florist in Lovesttsville for flowers to be delivered 40 min away, are there no florists in Leesburg or Sterling. I will tell you why, because this florist probably underbids and then provide horrible product. When they were finally delivered, the first words out of the delivery person's mouth was "Those droopy flowers are supposed to be that way"...must be the newest fad droopy flowers??? So I complained to FTD and they promised a replacement would be delivered on Saturday....wait for it, yes you guessed it they never showed up. Now I have requested a refund but doubtful if I will get it. Do yourself a favor and use Yelp or Angie's List to find a reputable florist and go direct. Stay away from FTD and definitely stay away from Donna's flowers.

My mother attempted to have flowers delivered to my office from Donna's. There was no one available at my location when they attempted to deliver the flowers, and after 2 days, no one had called my mother to tell her they were not able to deliver. Nor had anyone from Donna's made their delivery attempts known to my office. No calls, no notes left. When my mother called them, they (the manager) asked how they could make it right. My mother asked for the flowers to be redelivered at no charge. Not an unreasonable request, in my opinion. Donna's refused, stating they don't deliver for free. Apparently they don't deliver at all! The kicker is that when my mother originally ordered the flowers, she wanted dahlias included. Donna's Flowers did not know what a dahlia was. I find it shocking that a flower as popular as the dahlia is unknown to a florist. Isn't it their business to know?! Overall, the experience my mother had was poor. No customer service, no follow up. As I never received my flowers, I cannot comment on the state of the arrangement.

If anyone can read this, please DO NOT choose this florist. I ordered flowers from Blooms Monday and they contacted this store to deliver flowers to my wife who is a school teacher. The flowers were delived on a Tuesday after my wife left work. There was a mix up between Blooms and this florist. Instead of them working it out this florist came to my wife's school on Wednesday morning, in front of students, co-workers and her supervisor and took the flowers BACK! We paid for those flowers and these inept people had NO RIGHT to take the flowers from my wife at her work. We complained to no avail. They even tried to blame us even though we had bought and paid for the flowers through Bloom's. I told them it was between them and Bloom's and they were absolutely deaf to what I was talking about. They were rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, and unethical. For them to take away my wife's flowers is beyond comprehension. Please do not choose this floral shop.

Both product and customer service were terrible. I ordered flowers for my daughter using fromyouflowers.com. I paid extra to have them delivered same day before 2pm. Just before 2pm, I received a phone call from my daughter's school saying Donna's Florist contacted them saying they couldn't come before dismissal and asked for our home address. I contacted the florist company and spoke with Jim who informed me that I overpaid for the flowers using a third party and that they didn't guarantee delivery before 2pm. I asked to speak to the owner Donna, who shouted in the background that she didn't have time for customer complaints. Not only were the flowers not delivered in the specified time, but the response from Donna's Flowers was atrocious.

Worst florist experience ever. My husband ordered me flowers through FromYouFlowers.com to surprise me on Saturday. He left me a note in the morning and I was home all day wondering what the cryptic message was about. He was astonished when, at the end of Saturday I didn't receive flowers yet. So, the surprise was ruined and he called to make sure the flowers would be delivered Monday morning. They said, "first thing Monday morning." At noon, I told him no one had arrived yet. He called them and they said "they're in delivery, she should get them in the next hour or 2." I kid you not, I did not leave the house ALL DAY expecting to get these flowers that were supposed to be a SURPRISE 2 days earlier. Around 3pm, I received a phone call from the delivery guy, asking for my apartment number. Why wouldn't he have called my husband for that information (which my husband DID provide them with)??? I finally received the flowers at 4:15pm. I wasted a whole day at home when I had errands to run. My husband tried to bless me with a sweet surprise that turned into a major hindrance and aggravation.

The best florist in Loudoun County! If your wife works in Loudoun County schools, this is the place that I would recommend to ensure your flowers are delivered before the school day ends! And according my wife and those she works with, the arrangements are always stunning!
