Crystal, Mike and Bryan kept me in the loop the entire way and sent updates through text which was extremely helpful given my cell service is terrible when I’m at work. I highly recommend Carstar in Purcellville for any body work needing to be done. They worked directly with the Insurance company, making my life so much easier. I didn’t have to go through 100 steps to plan a rental or to worry about pick up and drop off. 10/10!”
“As a long time customer of Truck’N America of Purcellville VA since 1992, I would like to thank Paul and Luke for their excellent customer support. Having an issue with a truck bed cover that was installed at the time of purchase of my truck 4yrs and 11mons ago. Little did I know at time of purchase the cover was warranted on for the duration of the truck’s warranty . If i had purchased it from Truck’N America it would have had a Limited Lifetime warranty. After verifying my concern Paul And Luke admitted it was a problem they had never seen in my model cover.
