Deserves a "0" star rating. Not only was the service poor - they didn't even fully remove the affected carpet and I had to have the crew back out to finish the job (after the fogging btw), and was told by the guy that it wasn't mold (except there were mold colonies on the carpet in question - I have pictures if anyone wants them). Then in response to my wife's review which was true and fair, they responded with lies (intentional or not) in what can only be considered harassment.Their response was wrong on several fronts.First, they did not inform us of a residue, and, in fact, told us when we noted the residue after the fact that it would go away once evaporated. And, it was more than residue - the fogging water damaged several pieces of furniture.Second, we did remove everything from the infected area and moved it across the basement - which unfortunately seems to be where they set up the fogging machine coating everything around it. There were drips down the furniture, on the tv, and the walls. The fire alarms went off.Third, when it comes to carpet replacement - and this is where the deception is fully evident in their response - they tore out a small section in one area of the basement 10-20 sqft - we had to replace the whole basement's carpeting which is around 800sqft (that was only 2 years old and we had no intention of replacing). In follow up to the experience we received a discount, but that was only after fighting for it.Use at your own risk, but know that harassment, bad service, poor quality, and deception are parts of the business model.Service: Water damage-related mold removal
