I was not able to deposit a government check funded by the U.S Treasury department and the teller inside the bank could not process it after numerous attempts. I had to take off work and find out what was wrong with check and get it reissued. I am so glad I didn't I simply went to another location and the teller deposited my check with no problem at all. That was a major inconvenience to me and my family because even the manager told me the check had a stop payment on it. That was lie. Please be careful with this branch and a certain teller she was not competent at her job. And they are only interested in opening accounts.

I enjoy the atmosphere at this Wells Fargo because the employees are like a family. You feel like your finally home.

I have used this location only a couple of times but both times customer service is great very friendly people I appreciate them for helping me out thank you downside there is no walk up ATM you will have to go through drive thru

First let me start by saying I do not live close to this branch at all! We had a somewhat tricky estates account to deal with and after being told no by many other branches both inside and outside of the Wells Fargo network we met our angel named Noah Elias, Branch Manager! Talk about the heavens opening up! As someone who has worked in banking and customer service for 20 years, i know when I am in the presence of someone who truly believes in the customer first. After multiple emails and phone calls, Noah and his team at Wells Fargo (Louisa) were able to get everything situated right at the time we were ready to give up and cry! Late night emails? Follow through? A nice smile when we finally arrived an hour before closing? ... check, check, check! Oh and did I mention he had to also have three account owners in three separate states all at the same time? Yes, he did that! Thank you Wells Fargo and namely, Noah, Chelsea and Carin! Santa will be very good to you this year!

This is a touristy, pedestrian shopping area, but there's no walkup ATM ... So I'm standing behind a Ford at the drive through to get cash to buy some tchotchkies at an antique mall. Not great.
