“I have been in this store quite a few times and everytime I've gotten great customer service. I went in the other day for a complex issue involving a returned phone that I was still being charged for and asked for help. The tmobile warehouse told customer support that they didn't have the phone. Basically the manager, Anthony, was extremely helpful. We were on the phone for maybe 4 hours in total but Anthony fought hard for me and told corporate "if the customer doesn't have the phone why are they paying for it?".The issue is still not resolved and if corporate doesn't take care of it, Anthony has offered to help in what ever way he can to make sure someone rights the situation.Tmobile, as a company you scam people and you suck...but this tmobile store takes care of people.”
