Customer service has been lacking at the location for some time. Asked a associate for help with a light bulb. Gave me the aisle asked about base specs and was told to look at the box. Went to lowes and got the right item in 2 mins with help

Who doesn't love this place? They almost always have what you need. My truck has an auto-pilot mode during a home emergency and when we stop...we're at the True Value.Staff is always helpful!

Always friendly helpful staff. Not always the kind of store you think you find good deals at but they have sales on things quite often and found them to be at or below some big box stores on pricing.
