Christmas time has most dollar trees over busy and a mess.. NOT LOUISA this store is outstanding. The management and staff take pride in this store. Well stocked clean organized and above all friendly staff. Super job keep up the good work you are appreciated. ?

Rude Employees as soon as we walk in the door. Telling my kids what hecan and cannot do. So we walked out. Don't talk to my children like that. It's my job to correct them. They are well behaved children.

I use to love this dollar tree when it 1st came to this location, but now the new workers and management sucks, they are rude and talk about you while you stand there and check out. Only good one that works there is the male thats there during the evening. Im going to stop coming here and driving to Zions crossroads location or Fredericksburg location. Sucks that I have to but I refuse to feel disrespectful coming into a dollar tree.

Gotta love a Dollar Tree! This is a new store and is very clean and neat. It's obvious that the employees care about their store and their customers. There is always someone willing to help with a friendly smile ☺️

Well that one lady was so rude with me about not ringing the Bell because cashiers are not dogs I’m not ringing a Bell because you’re too lazy to not watch the registers and work. like I’m a dollar general cashier we have to watch the register and other do things because it’s not store policy to have a bell. She got snotty with me. watch your registers it’s not that hard!!! They act like I don’t know we’re not allowed to stay up there. There’s really no reason to be snotty with me because I wasn’t snotty with her. I have social anxiety and I hate bring attention to myself so I’m not ringing a Bell bring attention to myself. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER I WILL NEVER TREAT MY CUSTOMERS SO HORRIBLY!!!! I work in customer service everyday! treat others like how you wish to be treated.
