Staff in the pharmacy have always been quick and efficient, and made sure that everyone was taken of in a quick manner so that customers don't wait long in line. I was even offered a water bottle during a hot day while waiting, which was very kind.

I am pleased with the products and ESPECIALLY THE COUPONS at CVS. I wish the pharmacy could be more efficient and timely in helping out---but they are kind and intend to be helpful. The store staff is friendly and efficient---always willing to assist customers and the store is well organized and clean.

As a nurse I know patients can be difficult but my Lord this has to be the most rude and disgusting staff I've ever met. Not only do they not try to give you any information but they are just nasty with you because they can be. Never will I ever recommend a patient go here. Never will I ever go here again never will I ever have a prescription pill here again. This is dissuaded me from ever using a CVS Pharmacy in future. My recommendation is go to Walgreens right across the street I know I will and I will never never use this POS CVS....

Ive never had a problem with the staff. The wait time can be long but people need to understand that some places are under-staffed. Take it easy on them. being rude and nasty isn't going to make them move any faster. If anything putting up with rude customers will delay them from doing their job. It's not like your the only person in the county getting meds. I appreciate the staff

This place is terribly managed. Instead of working on prescriptions as they come in, they wait until people arrive, and then a backlog of customers are created in the form of a line. Instead of opening another register when the line gets more than three people long, they keep the same person at the same computer while other techs are just standing around, moving robotically as if they hate their jobs. The reality is likely. I’ve worked as a pharmacy technician before, at Walmart, so I understand the role. I understand what is good practice and what is not. The truth is, the manager has to go and house must be cleaned. I’ve already been stigmatized and stereotyped by the pharmacy manager there. Nothing changes, when everything could. Just because it’s in Louisa County does not negate the standard that CVS claims to expect of its pharmacy staff. It’s unacceptable, and it makes me think that they believe that the people of Louisa are too stupid to do anything about it. I’ve already threatened to contact the District Manager. They told me today that a medication that I need to prevent a health emergency was out of stock. When I asked why it had not been ordered, she told me the computer keeps track. Who keeps track of the computers, then? And why are the computers not programmed to order more of the medication at least a week in advance? There’s absolutely no reason for this level of negligence. I will be contacting the District Manager, and based on these reviews, I’d advise you all to do the same.

Pharmacy staff here is terrible. Don’t know their own policies. To lazy to put in information on insurance so claims they don’t take it. If you hate your job then quit already.

This pharmacy has the WORST customer service. Impatient, rude staff. If you don’t want to answer customer questions why have this job?

CVS is the worst drugstore, something needs to be done about this place, to get a prescription is terrible, I went yesterday to get a flu and shingles shot, a rude pharmacist checked my social security card and said it had the wrong Birthday on it, d*** me wasn't thinking and I asked her what difference did it make, they let my shingles shot go through, she answered with an attitude, did I want to pay $106 for the flu shot, Ileft and went home and called Medicare, they said my birthday was right, so today I had to go to Montpelier CVS to get my flu shot, that place was so nice and the people were friendly, it's a shame, a place of business that is so needed to be like that!

I went to the ER for a back injury last night and was given the run around from CVS in town all day. I had someone go so that I wouldn’t drive due to pain and they told her they were out and could transfer if I called. I was in the phone queue for 1.5 hours and during that time my mom offered to go over to the Louisa CVS. Y’all closed in 11 minutes and wouldn’t fill it because it “takes 15”. I have never been more disappointed or shocked.

So slow at filling prescriptions, my doctor sent a prescription in yesterday, I went in today to get it and it wasn’t ready. How long does it take to fill prescriptions?
