I Love ❤️ Central Virginian Veterarian Clinic!!! The People that work there are very experienced, and caring, they are soo good with my animals, honestly, I think my Dogs ? Love them too. I hope I can keep them caring for my Animals a Lifetime.

Brought my dog in because she was loosing her hair. Could not go in. Made me pay a deposit. Could not ask the vet questions. Had her for 10 minutes and charged me $500. Charged me for trimming her nails in which they did not do. Misdiagnosed her. Had to have my groomer tell me she had the mange. Was very disappointed.

I really think they topped the cake to my dogs death. Went to seek emergency help an they over stressed the ole girl an they knew it an she rapidly declined after leaving this place. No sympathy or hospitality from this place. Just a money racket. I just don't recommend this place or really have anything good or positive to say about this group.

Went to ask for estimates on services and I will say I'm grateful to them because I was given an estimate within 10 minutes of arriving. Young man asked and received an answer to vet. He then came back with an answer. Very good people skills. Very polite. Husband also used in previous years for other animals. We're pleased.

Earlier this month I gave CVV a terrible review, for which I apologize. I took Maggie May in for a terrible case of ear mites. The vet treated her and we left. Only after finding out that several people I know spoke highly of her skills did I decide to take Maggie back for a follow-up visit. Long story short, today's visit was reassuring, and I will continue to use them for her medical care.

Brought my grand dog in that was visiting from out of town to have a torn toenail clipped since it had split down into the flesh, and the dog was limping painfully. Receptionist first question was about the dog"s rabies vaccination. I told her I did not know when the expiration date was, and I could not reach my daughter-in-law to find out where they got veterinary care from. Receptionist said that by law if I couldn't produce a vaccination record then they would have to administer a rabies vaccine. I had never had this experience before, when I took another grand dog for emergency care at another vet's office, but I thought okay we'll just get the vaccine. Then I started filling out the paperwork, and the receptionist said that I had to put my name and address as the owner of the dog. Once again I explained, I was not the owner, and I was not going to put myself down as the owner. Receptionist said that by law it was the only way they could do the vaccination. Once again, not my experience with another vet that did a rabies vaccination for another grand dog, and I of course put my daughter-in-law as the owner and her address since she was the owner of the dog. I ended up leaving without the dog being seen. A very frustrating experience, since the animal was obviously in pain and needed to be treated. Obviously I will not be returning there any more.

Went above and beyond to help me with time sensitive paperwork I needed to travel with my dog. I will never forget their kindness and patience during such a stressful time for me! Incredible team and truly wonderful people.

Staff is kind and welcoming. Even though I can’t be in the exam room right now, every detail is relayed with care, so I know my cat is being well cares for during our appointments.

I don't understand how this vet has a good rating. Founds lumps on my dog, vet said it was nothing but lipomas. Brought him in 2 weeks ago. Vet said he had hypothyroidism and never bothered to even talk to me. Bottom line? My dog has cancer and I have to put him down today. This vet made my dog suffer for weeks. You're a fool if you bring your animal here.
