The other two never answered the phone. When I called Redman/Bruce, I was on hold probably not more than a minute or two and was transferred to a gentleman. He was kind and patient, and answered my questions. He also confirmed something that I questioned that I was told by my mortgage company -- Mtg. Company was wrong and the Redman/Bruce representative confirmed that the other mtg. company that I questioned was TOTALLY INCORRECT!If I ever need to file taxes or have a question, Redman/Bruce will be the one I call!”
