If you are like me and enjoy wearing and collecting Rolex watches, then you likely understand the importance of having them serviced and taken care of in order to retain their value.I purchased a Two-Tone Rolex Datejust from the 1980’s from an estate and brought it to Watchmasters. The watch was in great shape for the year, but definitely had some signs of wear. Stu was able to give me a full run-down of the watch, confirm that all parts were original inside and out, and assist in an affordable cleaning and light touch-up to restore the appeal and factory beauty of the timepiece, without overdoing it and removing metal.Stu also performed a very light touch up and gasket replacement on a 1984 Rolex Day-Date that I purchased from another trusted local dealer. The piece was a stunning example and operating perfectly even before paying Stu a visit, but I can truly say its appeal and value has increased significantly as it now better reflects the factory finish that was present on this watch when new. That’s good news for me as I’m planning to enjoy and preserve this watch.Parts for vintage watches are also difficult to locate, and Stu informed me that he is able to source parts and vintage/modern watches from a variety of sources. Where do I even start.Stu is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful watch masters out there. Period.I was looking around for a Rolex to buy the same day because I was traveling, and Watchmasters didn’t have the model I wanted in stock. But despite that, Stu walked me through the entire process of buying the watch, told me what to look out for, industry norms, what’s a good and bad deal/watch, and even looked at pictures of a watch before I bought it. Very patient and very helpful. Despite not spending a dollar at watchmasters (yet), they’ve won be as a returning customer. Will always take my watches there for service and will definitely buy any future pieces from there.

WM is my first and only trusted souce for buying, selling and maintaining my small Rolex collection. Very knowledgeable and personable, and has access to the absolute best inventory. Nobody at any of the three official Rolex shops in the Tysons area has any access to anything by Rolex. WM got me my Rolex in less than 2 weeks and that was over the Thanksgiving holiday! Highly recommend, you will enjoy the experience, trustworthiness and ethics, and the prices are unmatched.

If you are thinking about buying a Rolex or having one serviced, Watchmasters are the guys to see. Over the past 20 years I have purchased two watches from them and had them do a number of servicings. Stuart and his guys are amazing. He is unbelievably knowledgeable about Rolex watches and is able to quickly get any of their watches if he does not have it in stock.
