Lily - THANK YOU so much for being so kind and caring! I walked into Vivian's after having a not so pleasant some other place and desperately needed some love for my poor nails. Lily welcomed me as soon as I walked in and was so sweet and caring through out the whole appointment. Understand the pain I was feeling and she was gentle and I am SO PLEASED with the results. I feel blessed that I found Lily and can't wait to come back again!

I have my go to nail tech who always does a great job on my acrylics however it is very unprofessional and rude to ask your customer for a tip. I've been going here for a while to the same technician and usually tip after every service, but I notice I am being asked to leave a tip. When I didn't have it to tip after a service I was asked why? Definitely contemplating on returning after this which sucks b/c I love how the tech does my nails.

Walked in this morning with my mom. It was quite busy so we had to wait a little while. I didn’t mind since we didn’t call ahead. Got a mani and pedi. I think it turned out well. The place was clean and service was good.

I got a gel manicure. While the end result came out nicely, the process was very painful. Before coming to this nail salon my fingernails were very healthy and strong. I had a previous gel manicure so the nail tech soaked my nails and began filing with a drill. Everything was going well until she continued to file my nails despite there not being any nail polish left. After going in with the drill, she began shaping my nails with a nail filer and then continued to file on top of my nails. Despite all of this, she then buffed my fingernails with a buffer. By the time she began painting my nails I was in a lot of pain. My nails were so thin I could not only feel her filing my nails through my fingernails, I could also feel her applying the nail polish through my fingernails, something I’ve only experienced after getting acrylics. It’s been about a month since I’ve had my service here and my nails have not improved. They are still very thin and have begun chipping into small pieces.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. I would like to share that I am someone who is polite and always tips even if I don’t like the service. But this time I did not tip at all and honestly should not have even continued or paid. This was the worst service I ever received in my LIFE. The lady who was doing my pedicure literally cut open my toe nails skin and it kept bleeding and hurt so bad. Hopefully there is no infection. I went Wednesday around 7 pm. She did not even acknowledge or apologize. I had to tell her hey you cut me and it’s bleeding. How rude Can someone be? How mannerless can someone be? This can be a health hazard and someone can get infected with this type of service. I will never go there again. My 2nd toe hurts to this day (2 days later) and hopefully there is no infection…. If there is well there is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Inserted pics for reference. Do not go here you can find much better places with better quality and service.
