Great stop by the UPS store today! Sonny was super helpful today!! I had to return multiple items and he was able to assist with the highest professional efficiency and support! I had to return an item from Amazon using a third party. This would’ve costed more than the cost of the item but Sonny informed me with information that saved me a ton of money. Thank you for such a great experience today.

Amazing! Sunny helped us so much! And made sure we had everything correct and one of our boxes were completely heavy especially being a female and helped carry it all the way to the car! Coming here will be the best option because they will definitely take care of you and very kind!

I have two packages stuck in this place for over two weeks and it hasn't moved or updated. I cant get anyone on the phone at all.

I had an issue returning a product that I bought from Amazon through a third party vendor in which they didn't provide me with a pre-paid label. So, I walked in and Kiran helped me with this return that weighted almost a 100 lbs. He was curteous, polite and professional at his job. I was very satisfied with this shipment with UPS. They are my go to store.
