We wish there were more than five stars. This team is amazing, both Patty and Peggy. I had the pleasure to deal with Patty more and she truly listens, cares, and goes to work for you. Her experience in the industry makes a difference. She is great at educating her clients so they can make the best decision possible. Very patient and available, I literally called her 30+ times and she was always pleasant to answer all my questions. I sent them a referral right away and Peggy worked her magic on the sales side. This is the A team.

Choosing Patty as our buying realtor in Potomac Shores was the best decision we made during this whole process. My wife and I are so appreciative of 'The Twins'. We worked with Peggy on the sale of our home and we couldn't have had a better experience. Let me start by saying that prior to hiring Peggy, we had a different realtor and it was a nightmare. He kept telling us to lower the price on our home because he had ZERO people inquiring for showings. After 2 weeks my wife and I realized that HE was the problem. We fired him and lesson learned there. Next day Peggy was our realtor and things took a total 180 for the positive. New high-end photos of our home, social media marketing, TOTAL communication and transparency with my wife and I. Constant communication and availability. It was a like a having a trusted friend be your agent! Anyway due to an open house that Peggy spent her time on we had TWO competing offers within a week and a half of the home being listed with her. THANK YOU, Peggy. If you're reading this, please trust that Peggy is at the top of the RE game when it comes to honesty, details and professionalism. No bluster or ego. Just hard work and results. Can't say enough positive things. She has set the standard for how I'll view all future RE transactions and she will of course be the first RE agent I call for any future deals.

My husband and I worked with Peggy to sell our townhome locates in Potomac Shores and she had our townhome under contract within 30 days of being on the market!!! Peggy was knowledgeable, detailed, and super responsive! Most times Peggy would contact us first with detailed updates. Peggy kept us updated every step of the way. There were a few unexpected things that came up and Peggy knew just how to help us fix them. She led with integrity and a wealth of knowledge which is why I would highly recommend Peggy as a reliable broker. I would use her services again.

Patty was so knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in and was so helpful from the first time I contacted her. She took the time after showing us a couple houses to take us on a tour of the neighborhood so we could understand the full picture of what was there and what was coming. Once she learned our preferences, she was so helpful in guiding us away from properties and neighborhoods that didn't match our wants, and towards ones she thought we'd be happy with. Even after our offer was accepted, she continued to monitor new listings to make sure there wasn't anything we could possibly be happier with. She also has a wealth of knowledge about local contractors and home decor stores! If you are looking in the Lorton-Woodbridge-Dumfries-Manassas-Stafford area like we were, I can't recommend her enough!

Oh goodness! I don't know where to begin. There are so many wonderful things to say about Patty. Let's go back to about 3 years ago. My husband and I were riding around looking at homes and came across a house that we were interested in. The sign out front belonged to Twins Selling Real Estate. We called the number and spoke with Patty and we were overwhelmed by her wealth of knowledge, not only as it pertained to that particular home, but the market overall. After learning what we were looking for and gathering our contact information, she provided us with home options that best fit our wants/needs and budget. There are realtors that flood you with emails, house after house, without building a real relationship with you. And after a while, you just get sick of the emails. Patty isn't like that. As her client, you feel like you are the only family in the world looking to purchase a home. She is up close and personal. She dedicates herself to you and she is very honest. She doesn't always tell you what you want to hear, but she always tells you what you need to hear. I appreciate that.Ok, back to the story...Patty was excellent. She listened and showed us many great homes. We even put an offer on a couple of them. But, after working with Patty for a little while, I developed buyers fatigue. Coming from South Carolina, I had no idea, although Patty was very clear about it, (like I said, she is very honest) what the real estate market was like in Northern VA. So, we threw in the towel, worked on building our credit, and reached out to Patty again a few months ago. Even though we didn't purchase a home the first time around, Patty was still on our radar because she is simply the best.Well, fast forward to now and we are in a home. Our home (I love saying that!). And I can say without a shadow of doubt that WE WOULD NOT BE HERE WITHOUT PATTY. When I say this woman knows what she is doing, I mean it. I can recall walking through homes with her and she would point out every little and big thing that we ought to consider if we were interested in moving forward with a house. Because of her experience, she was able to tell us what each thing might cost us in the future. She made sure we considered all things. She's like a mom that wants the very best for her children. That's how it is with Patty. It's not just about closing a deal. She truly cares about you. She cares about the life your children will have and how you function as a family. She is extremely mindful and I appreciate that about her.I recommend Patty and Twins Selling Real Estate to all families of all ages because she's knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and considerate.
