If you need more than a button sewn on, this is not the place for you. I’ve been here several times, the tailoring is way overpriced and the older woman who does tailoring acts like she doesn’t want to do anything. There was another woman who was amazing and did great work but apparently she’s gone now. The others who work here are rude and customer service is seriously lacking. I also get a low-key racist vibe if you’re not a certain color. Find somewhere else to take your clothing if you care about it.

I went in to have a polo shirt altered. The lady marked with safety pins where to take in the shirt and I paid $20. I picked it up 3 days later and wore it out only to notice that the sides of the shirt were never taken in. The only thing that was altered were the elastic around the arm cuffs and they didn't even break the seam, they just folded the elastic in and sewed it off to the side. I could have done that myself... smdh
Buyer beware of this rip-off artist.

After more than 20 years as a customer, I was taken aback by the tactics of one of the women working when I dropped off 2 winter coats to be dry cleaned. After spending time closely inspecting my clothes, I was told I had to pay today. When I asked why I would need to pay upfront, I was told because the items were winter coats and people wait until it gets cold to pick up and pay. I told her I would not do so and took my items and left. I’m shocked that a business would actually admit to such an assumption of a customer coming in August for dry cleaning of winter items. That attitude aside, I believe I would have understood and acquiesced had there been an interest and attempt to help me better understand a change in policy and the reasons why. There was none. Customer service is lacking. I will take my business somewhere else where they value their customers.

I took my king size Juicy Couture comforter (black and white stripped) to this Cleaners for a simple cleaning and when I went to retrieve it, there were ugly brown spots on it. When I inquired about the spots, two women that worked in the store stated that those spots could have come from the human body and that the spots did not come from cleaning. I tried to explain to the two women that those brown spots were not on the comforter when I brought the comforter in. Normally, if there are unusual spots on things brought in to the Cleaners, it would be documented on the cleaning receipt. None of that occurred because those dark brown spots were not on the comforter when I brought it in.
The two women then told me to come back on the following Monday so that I could speak with the manager. I did just that and when I spoke with the manager, he stated that the dark brown spots were not the fault of his Cleaners and that he would try to clean the comforter again however could not guarantee that the spots would be removed. Looking at those dark brown spots on the white parts of the comforter tells me that those spots will not come out.
I was not offered the $40.00 paid to have it cleaned nor was I offered payment for the comforter itself. Since then I have retained a lawyer because this treatment is unfair and unacceptable from a business. I now will request for reimbursement of cleaning, comforter set, and lawyer fees from this terrible company.

TL;DR - Took my clothes here, was grossly overcharged, gaslit by the mildly rude owner, then received dirty clothes…Took an ethnic/traditional male garment (think long formal white shirt) here for dry cleaning and spent $15 for something that should have been $8.50 (this is what their website states the price is for women’s dresses which are more complex and have more material). I was a little annoyed when they told me they would charge $15, but I didn’t really say much. I just handed it to them, at which point the lady let me know that since I didn’t have a history with them, I needed to pre-pay for my clothes… Again, I did think this was odd and a little rude, but shrugged it off as policy and paid.When I came the next day to pick up my garment, I noticed it was still a little dirty along the collars and front pocket. Confused, I asked the lady if she wouldn’t mind re-running it since it was still dirty. I thought this was standard practice when someone renders a service incorrectly. She didn’t speak English well, said something I didn’t quite understand in an annoyed tone, and asked her son to come take a look. Upon inspecting the garment the son said it was “lint”. I tried to move the “lint” and discovered it was a stain. I then asked him to run it again, to which he said, “You weren’t even charged the correct amount. it should have been $3 more”. I shrugged and told him I didn’t mind paying the $3 extra (even though I was overcharged) if they had just done it right the first time. lol.Annoyed, but not showing it, I simply collected my clothes and left since it was obvious he wasn’t going to remediate the situation. In summary, I don’t mind paying a little more if I can get top notch service and quality, none of which were available here.Overcharged, subpar service, terrible quality. Not coming here again.

Alterations lady tried charge me $80 to get a dress hemmed that was 2 light layers. I told her I’m okay as this is unreasonably expensive. She told me she should have charged me a restocking fee for spending 3 minutes with me.

They are so friendly here! They cleaned my very dirty white jumpsuit after my rehearsal dinner and cleaned/ preserved my wedding dress! Will definitely be using them for any of my dry cleaning needs moving forward! They’re great!!

This cleaners damages wool pants when dry cleaned. The belt loops centered at the rear of my pants got damaged on at least two occasions. The owner provided illogical reasoning and became angry. The owner blamed it on the wool while providing no explanation for why the other belt loops were in very good condition. Do not use this cleaners.

Incredibly fast, reasonable pricing, won’t nickel and dime you like everyone else. I go out of my way to go to this dry cleaner.
