This place has been RAPIDLY declining in the past 2 years. While the lady I see there sometimes is polite, there is a very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL guy there that basically acts like having to "deal" with customers is an "inconvenience" to him. The last time I saw him, I was in the middle of trying to conduct purchases and asking questions about products when he suddenly took a phone call on speaker with both parties SCREAMING in loud Arabic or something. I tried to WAIT for him to get off the call and tend to ME, the customer, but he just kept rambling and YAPPING on the phone like I wasn't even there. I literally had to scream questions to him about products on the shelf, and rather than stop and actually LOOK at what I was pointing at, he would just "sling" a few boxes onto the counter for me to look at. The people currently there know NOTHING about the merchandise they are selling - which juice is what or what coils match a particular tank. This place is POORLY stocked and has a VERY limited range of juices - almost everything is "fruit" nothing else, and if something is out of stock and they say "we will have it tomorrow" or "next week" DO NOT believe them. These people give the "run around" instead of saying they can't GET a particular product anymore just to try to keep you coming back. Word of advice, do NOT buy any tanks or vape DEVICES here because within month or 2 they will stop carrying the coils, etc you need. I bought a tank here a couple months ago for which they stocked coils for, and the ALL OF A SUDDEN in th past month they seem to never have the matching coils in stock with this same RUDE guy saying some will be in "tomorrow" or "next week". The current guy there is SHADY, dishonest and RUDE and this place is not a reliable place for high quality vape supplies I'll be finding OTHER local stores and shopping online because these folks LIE too much

3 times I. Row . Cartridges and doors and disposable vapes that don’t work . Replaced the first and 2nd and at 3rd time it start getting that customer service . That the customer is making this stuff up .Vape sold in this location are made in china . From my own experience! Nothing made in China is good .One star . Just for the guy that works in this location. For the owners of this stores .Comple thief’s

I have shopped at this specific shop since I loved to Alexandria. The store is always clean and well organized. There’s also a vast amount of products to choose from.The staff members are knowledgeable and extraordinarily kind.Amir the store manager always welcomes me with an honest smile and treats myself and others as family.This is the BEST SMOKE SHOP IN ALL OF ALEXANDRIA!!!!

Used to come here pretty often with absolutely no problems. If something was broken/burnt, you could get a new one with no issue as long as you opened it and tried it in the store since that's what EVERY vape store does. I opened a brand new one of the same brand I always get, and the guy at the register (who was yelling into his phone the ENTIRE time I was there) refused to replace the terrible burnt one I received. He kept repeating "there's a new owner, new owner" and shrugging me off, so I guess the new owner doesn't know how to run a shop. I will not be coming back here and recommend that you pick somewhere else to take your business.

EDIT/ 5star->1star. They changed management!! New owner is rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional, zero customer service. The old owners Jay can be found at the tobacco hut on Beauregard st just 10 minutes away. I suggest you go there instead.Ive never seen so many vape product variation before! Its insane. All the workers are always kind and helpful no matter the issue. Sterling is hilarious, Jay is superb, Bella is delightful. I thought id have to buy a new vape when it broke but Bella was quick to inform me of the issue and that i didnt need to spend over $100 on a new vape! I now come in every week to see her as she remembers my order and gives delightful conversations. I even recommended my friends to visit her and they come weekly as well to see what new products they have to offer. Among the vape products, the wall of blunts, glass pieces, kratom, delta/cbd is so nicely organized and very eyecatching. If you want a shop thatll take care of you like family, this is the one.
