Went thru the driver thru today. I had a large commercial deposit. I have my deposit slip and checks all together neatly in an white envelope labeled Deposit on the front to make it easier for the teller. I sent my items thru the tube to start the process. This very rude lady came on the speaker in a very loud bothered tone and said what do you need today? I replied I put it in the tube for you. Please look. Thank you. With my items out of the labeled envelope in her hand she said again what do you need today louder and very rude/disturbed. I said you don't see it written on the front of the envelope in your hand. She huffed and proceeded to finally process my deposit. She then sent everything back in the tube purposely horribly wrinkled up. I had to deal with an horribly rude employee with curly hair working the driver thru. I was there today 3/24/24 around 1:10pm. I can see why this branch has horrible reviews about customer service/ slow service. By the time she was done having an attitude with me she could have already processed it and moved on to the cars waiting behind me. This is not my 1st encounter with her. Please take these reviews seriously because this branch makes Truist look really bad and unprofessional.

Worst manager worst customer service they don’t have manners how to talked to customers never visit this place again employer name is MARIAM very disrespectful person she really don’t know how to talk with new business customers.

I’ve been a customer with this bank for over 25 years, when I moved to Springfield/Lorton area, I start using this branch it’s the worst I ever seen. The ATM machine was broken for days never been fixed even though I talked to the branch manager, the place is so dirty. No good customer service. It’s better to close this location.

Try to avoid this branch. The CSR Mariam Mazengia is very rude and unprofessional. The bank needs well trained and professional CSR.

Now I know why this location only have 2 starts, is because the service is so slow, I was there trying to fix a issue with my account and waiting fir 30 minutes, the lady at front desk she was talking and talking and me waiting the other one she just said i be right with you! I stand up and come back home since I was tired after a long day at work, very bad service and poor urgency for help costumers

I had a bad experience at this Lorton branch. The employee names Mariam Mazengiawitt is rude and was talking on her cellphone the whole time. I went up to her desk and she still didn’t help me. I complained to the manager and the manager didn’t do anything as well. Very poor customer service. Ended up going to the Woodbridge branch after
