Our new floors really transformed our house, and Jose and everyone at Solo Flooring were great to work with. Jose was prompt, professional, informative and made sure everything was taken care of. We had LVP and carpet installed as well as our stairs resurfaced and stained to match. The entire process was handled with professionalism.

I can not say enough good things about Jose and this company. We had decided to re do our flooring in our condo and our friend recommended Jose. Boy was he right!
Jose came to our condo with multiple samples which was a huge convenience for us. We couldn’t decide which one we liked the best and Jose gave us some good advice and we came to a final decision.
The flooring was delivered a few days before the work in order to acclimate. And then the fun began!
The team was extremely meticulous with their work, and the final product was, well, fantastic. We are more than pleased. Thanks Jose!

I have used Solo Flooring on several occasions to have new carpet installed. Jose was very helpful in explaining the different options and ordered the carpet samples immediately. He was always responsive to emails and phone calls. The installers were friendly and professional. I will definitely go back to Solo Flooring for any future flooring needs.

Working with solo flooring was easy peasy. I submitted my appt request online, immediately received confirmation. Jose was right on time for it. He made great recommendations. Flooring delivery was easy and work crew showed up kn time for installation. 600 Sq ft was done in right around 5.5 hours. Definitely would recommend and will be using them again in the future for new carpet.

We used Solo Flooring to replace all the carpet in our basement and had an excellent experience! Jose was very knowledgeable on all available carpet options, provided samples for us to take home, and scheduled a quick installation for us. The carpet was installed with a very high quality in an efficient manner. We would gladly recommend them to any others looking for new flooring.

Jose and his crew at Solo Flooring recently installed wood floors throughout the second story of our home. We are very happy with the result! He was timely, communicated quickly and clearly, was reliable, professional, and friendly. Great attention to detail and very knowledgeable about the entire process, start to finish, and answered all our questions. He set a schedule and followed it “to a T.” These components extend to Beto and Mario who actually installed our floors. I highly recommend them and would use Solo Flooring again!

My wife and I hired Solo Flooring to put in new engineered hickory hardwoods in the front of our house as well as refinish our existing oak hardwood floors in the back. They did a fantastic job! Jose, who runs the company, was extremely responsive and was sensitive to the timing to get the work done. He was able to do it while we were on vacation in order to minimize the hassle of trying to live in the house as the floors were done. They moved all furniture and put it back in its original position. I would highly recommend the company and would definitely use them again in the future!

This is the second time that my husband I have done business with Solo Flooring. The short feedback is “don’t hesitate, they are amazing.”José is not just an expert on everyday flooring needs, but he absolutely worked with us in an out-of-the-box solution. My husband and I are long-term DIYers, but the custom shower pan we created was a horror. José came over and looked at all of our construction, specifically the pan. We discussed the problem, he took photos and measurements, and he asked about the materials we used to make sure he had all the information he needed to help us. José always has a smile, knows his stuff, has a great sense of humor, and customer service is clearly a priority with this company. Anyway, we were given 2 comprehensive quotes to include possible problems could have found, both of which were great and affordable. Our work was scheduled without a hitch and was completed in 2 days. Their employees were fast, clean, polite, efficient, and clearly talented.You will wonder why you didn’t call Solo Flooring earlier!

Stop looking. You are now on the page where all your flooring (and more) needs can be met. We have experienced the professionalism provided by José and Jocelyn and their team twice now and I cannot think of a single negative issue or comment to make. José was able to help problem solve our DIY bathroom issue and sent his team to our home quickly, where they finished the work in only two days. Solo Flooring clearly puts customer service as a priority while their professionalism and expertise is obvious at first meeting. Professionalism, experience, expertise, customer service, and more. Solo Flooring is the only choice.

Jose was great to work with in figuring out what carpeting we wanted and the carpet padding to go with it. We looked at several businesses and went with Solo Flooring based on the very positive reviews we had seen as well as competitive pricing. After choosing the carpet, Jose placed our order and had it installed in a few weeks. The workers installing were professional and worked very quickly. They did a great job of moving furniture and placing it back exactly as it was. We would recommend Solo Flooring and will go back in the future.

Fantastic experience, Jose helped me find the best carpet and pad for the space. The install crew was fantastic as well, super neat and perfectly installed. I could not be more satisfied and recommend this company strongly. My entire house has been refloored by Solo Flooring, and it is perfect!

Google only allows five stars but I would give them a hundred stars if I could. The solo team came and replaced the hardwood flooring in my foyer. Not only did they complete the job quickly, but they were extremely professional and did an absolutely phenomenal job. I could not be happier with the service that we received from them. I can't recommend them more highly! We had the flooring put in on a rainy day and they managed to handle the challenge without any problems whatsoever.
