Silverbrook is a great Nursery right in our neighborhood of Pulte homes at Silverbrook Road in Lorton. For the last ten years we have consistently uniform service for landscaping work small and big. The employs are very productive, loyal and competitive. Honesty is their big element, particularly, Buzz, Tom, Cindy, Pat, Douglas and their employees are worthy of mention. This is my favorite nursery. They take care of their flowers and always have something unique. The staff are also super friendly and attentive. I'm always asked if I have questions and they'll double check prices to make sure I am not missing out on any deals

10 out of 5 stars!We have used Silverbrook Nursery & Landscaping for quite a few projects and have always had a positive experience! We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of their work, value, responsiveness, timeliness and professionalism. Some of the work we had done includes: Installation of dry creek bed, Riverjack, flagstones, pavers around AC unit, plant bushes and plants, large quartz rock, mulch, and prune trees.Highly recommended!

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Silverbrook Nursery for making my yard look amazing!! They planted the plants, pulled the weeds and put down the mulch…. The pops of color that they picked for my yard were absolutely perfect ! Buzz was great to work with! He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. I highly recommend calling Silverbrook Nursery for your next project. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

After moving from the West Coast we prioritized customizing the basement, kitchen, pantry and storage. Ignoring the builder-grade landscaping was a mistake. This Spring we learned about Silverbrook and engaged them to design a plan for the front yard. They designed and executed a transformation which added elegance and beauty with hard scape and various plants and trees. The owners, designer and workers were experts and professionals. The end result is a first impression which showcases our home before anyone enters and enhances our enjoyment. This team is good and easy to work with.

Silverbrook Nursery is one of the best contracting/landscaping companies that I have worked with over the years. They are prompt and professional with skilled quality workers. They are aware of the needs of their clients. I would highly recommend them for your landscaping, patio, and wall projects.

Stay away. Customer service is not part of their business model. I scheduled an estimate, someone arrived on time, and it was an otherwise positive experience. That was the end however. I received an email with the quote a few days later. I responded with some changes that I wanted, other questions, but never heard from them again. I emailed three people from the company including the employee that came to my residence, the general manager, and the executive assistant, but no response. I sent another email weeks later and finally received a short, indifferent reply from the GM. He never answered any questions or even explained why they didn’t want the business.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THEIR LANDSCAPE SERVICES. The actual nursery is lovely, I like going there. But, their landscaping services leaves much to be desired. They dethatched, aerated, and seeded our lawn last fall. Not a single seed grew and either their dethatch service is poor or they just didn't do a good job because the thatch is thick and lush. I tried emailing them and calling them to discuss the problem but never got responses. Id go elsewhere for lawn services.Service: Grass seeding

We had Silverbrook Nursery and Landscaping install a new driveway, walkway, and front step and the finished work is perfect and beautiful. The crew meticulously removed the old black top driveway and installed pavers with detail and precision. Carlos and his crew are masters at their profession. I would highly recommend Silverbrook for any landscaping job, you will not be sorry. Well done! Thank you!

I had to add the red bricks to cover up the unprofessionalism -1- they wanted to be paid them before doing the work2-they didn't have a schedule ready3- how is it that on their website you can't leave a review but all the other links are working? they're very shady4- here's the pictures, see for yourself5 - i'm very disappointed and WILL never use or recommend them again - I believe that all their reviews are fraudulent..Service: Landscaping maintenance
