I fed $2 in quarters into the air machine. No response. I tried to get my quarters back. No response. I went inside to ask for help and the guy just shrugged and said he couldn’t help me.

This was my first time using this service station. I had a nail in my tire and needed it fixed quickly as I had a very busy day. They were able to take me right away and I had my tire fixed in 20 minutes. I was so grateful. Great service by Muhammad Musa and his mechanic that day.

These people will rip you off, especially women. Failed inspection. Tried to tell me my motor mounts were broken. Called my mechanic, stopped by on my way home and motor mounts are fine. Motor does not shake!!

The Laurel Hill emission machine was down so I came here for my inspection and they did a great job cost me $28. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely come back again.

In the middle of a cross country road trip my family and I had a flat tire that was fixed in a fast and efficient manner by manager Syed and his staff. As we were in a hurry, we forgot a personal item and it was a relief to count on Syed to mail it back to us. I am impressed and thankful for his help and will never forget his kindness.

First off, went to get an inspection done and my vehicle failed. No big deal, it happens. My fog lamp was broken and then he said "Front left suspension loose" and that was it. Took it to a mechanic and they said that the safety guy never gave me my failed temp tag and the proper paperwork. Mechanic said that my suspension looked fine and nothing was wrong. Went back to get the tags from the safety guy. He said that he did not give us the paperwork because his printer was broken, yet printed off the paperwork with the description of the problems he stated, said he could point out what was wrong with the suspension yet failed to tell us the problem. Then told us his system was down which means he knowingly did the inspection without proper documentation. Super sketchy. He was very rude and lied repeatedly. Reported to the Better Business Bureau because this is super unprofessional and seems like it could be questionable at best. Go someplace else.

Worst place to go ever. Just went for inspection but sanjay kapoor is the scammer I have never seen in my life. People are right about Indian people who do scams. I know what is safety inspection and emissions. I only went over there for safety inspection. And that guy told me without even checking my car that you have to pay even you will fail. Anyways he took my car inside and almost spend 40 mins on it and usually inspection does only 15 mins. And I saw him checking smog too which you only check for emissions but he was unlucky and couldn’t find anything. He failed my car stating that my tail light is broken and when I saw there was a minor crack on it. This guy is just a scam. Please be aware of him.

We have taken our vehicles to Gunston Shell for service for several years. Syed is the manager & is very friendly, helpful & professional. They do great work & have earned our trust.

The Manager Mr Syed Shah and others at Gunston Shell Services Center are extremely friendly, polite , professional, coueteous, and efficient. They do outstanding work and I highly recommend them to several of my neighbors.

Cannot say enough good things about Said (sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong!). I called to get a second estimate on front brake replacement because my normal shop wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for parts and labor. Said said that was much too high and called me within 5 minutes once he'd gotten an estimate. I couldn't have felt safer leaving my car in his hands when I dropped it off. Brake replacement took about 2.5 hours and Said assured that I would be happy. I am ! because of the price and his wonderful demeanor. He pretty much started ordering parts as soon as I called him. He even did the inspection for me so I don't have to go back to my other shop. Excellent service, and I felt very assured. Thank you! I will come back!
