Sears stepped up and refunded my money. I have used many of Sears service companies over many years. This was the first disappointing service but Sears Corporate is very reputable and refunded me.

Excellent service and friendly staff member. This was our first time setting an appointment with sears and will not be the last. We had carpet cleaning through the entire home including stair cases. Very good deal and this was right in time for Thanksgiving holiday! Thank you Sears, Awesome job!
