I was a walk in appointment and was able to be seen with a short wait time. Employees were welcoming. Marina was my stylist and she gave me an amazing peaceful experience I actually had my eyes closed during the blow dry. Very gentle and friendly! I am Dominican and my hair is naturally very curly and she did an amazing job with blowdrying my hair straight and added soft curls! And pricing was amazing!!! Appointment was at 11am left by 12pm. Loved my experience.

Omar and his assistant Martha always do such a fantastic job. They have great energy and customer service. Even though it is a busy salon they make you feel like you’re the only one there. Came in for a trim and color. Would definitely recommend! Thank you again!

Marina is the best at balayage, highlights, and cuts. She listens, provides her opinion and works her magic! She doesn't push products but can recommend great quality hair care, if needed.

My daughter got highlights and a haircut today at Salon Prive with Kay, and I kid you not, the cost was $265. How is that even possible? I feel totally taken advantage of. In addition, her hair is not how she wanted it AT ALL. She asked for her highlights to be refreshed with no color change, and she left the salon with skunk-looking money pieces that don't match the rest of her hair and highlights that don't even go to the top of her head. She hates it. We tried this salon because I know it has a good reputation, but we won't be back. We had to ask a hair stylist friend of ours to fix her hair, which she'll be doing tomorrow.Services: Kids' cuts

Salon Prive, is a 100%, the salon I choose to go to for excellence in all my hair care. Omar is my hairdresser and Martha, his assistant, works right along with Omar to ensure I get a full salon experience! A win win ??

Kay does not kow how to cut hair. I asked for a Caesar cut with scissors, She completely buzz cutting my hair and gave me a fade. Not at all like the picture I showed her. I could have gotten a fade at the barber shop... I don't pay $50 at a salon for this. Unacceptable.

I had bad experience, No trust, they told me by phone $60 for hair cut but they charged me $90 dollar I told them you told me by phone $60 they said no $90, and no respect , I wait more than 2 hours and a have after my appointment and I stayed on off to finish my hair cut what I not like it at alltotally I spend mor than 4hours for hair cut usually take it maximum 25 minutesreally I'm so upsetMAYService: Haircut

Two stars because the color was good. The hair cut was the worst... I was pressured into layers but they turned out so bad because my hair is thin. I should have objected more. Even my own mother tells me my hair is jacked. Now I'm wearing extensions until this shitshow grows out. Never again.Services: Hair coloring

I feel like crying!! I went to this salon and while the haircut result was okay, it wasn’t what I asked for. And it cost me $90 for a trim ($140 with tips to all the different workers who touched my hair!!!!). They didn’t explain to me that the owner charges that much and I feel like I should ask for a partial refund because I feel taken advantage of. Not to mention it took 2 hours for the trim, which I have never had happen before. I think they triple booked the time and tried to do mine so fast he pulled my hair like crazy. I couldn’t tell if he was mad at me??? Everyone seemed nice when they spoke to me but I think you should explain up front how much to expect if it’s different from the website and don’t try to do so many peoples hair at once. Worst haircut experience ever!!!!

Went here today for my first professional haircut since the pandemic started. Marina cut my hair, and she did a really nice job. She also gave helpful suggestions about layers, products to use, and types of elastics that minimize breakage when you pull your hair back. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be returning here.
