Ryder was great during my visit, they diagnose my trucks issues and fixed the problem ASAP. Ryder even dropped me off at the nearest hotel and even picked me. Great place to do bussiness.

These people are straight up garbage. I had a truck rental “reserved” for about a month. Checked in regularly to confirm reservation. 16 hours before I’m supposed to pick up my truck they tell me they don’t have one for me and said they were “working on it”. Said they would call back at 5:00 or 7:00. Never heard again from them. They know how to take the reservation but not keep the reservation. Do business elsewhere.

I made a reservation for a sprinter van with Ryder three weeks before a move. Received a confirming email. Went ahead and booked and made a deposit on movers to get everything packed into the van. Three days before the pick up date, I get a call from Ryder telling me they won't be able to get me the van I reserved because "nothing was available" and that they typically don't actually work on securing the truck until one week before!! Wouldn't that have been a good warning to pass along at the time of the reservation? Now I'm completely screwed trying to line up a truck with a couple days notice or risk losing the money I've committed to the movers. Will never use Ryder again - As Jerry Seinfeld once said "See, you know how to TAKE the reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation and that's really the most important part of the reservation, the holding. Anybody can just take them."

Fuelers are great and helpful. Staff is on point when it comes to fixing or ordering parts for trucks.

Nice customer service and mechanics know what they are doing and talking about. I deal with them a lot and have not had a bad encounter yet.
