Very professional and neat while doing our pack out and loading the truck the crew was very careful with our items and treated it as if it was their own the best moving experince i have had javier pichardo , walter corrales , felipe martinez and spencer galm did a fantastic job will recommend this crew ans company in the futer

This company was assigned to us as a military move and it was a terrible experience. The team lead mumbled so badly I couldn't understand anything he said. I would ask him questions, and I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times so I could understand. He did not make any eye contact with me and never smiled. The customer service was nonexistent. They badly scratched my car (which was parked in the garage), left multiple marks on the walls and floor of our new home, and did a really shoddy job of putting our furniture together. My husband had to go back and rebuild our bed because it was put together so poorly we thought it might collapse.
There were 3 men who moved the boxes into our home and they used the restroom a few times with my permission, but not one of them closed the bathroom door! They literally peed with the door wide open. So incredibly unprofessional.
They damaged our large dresser bringing it upstairs. When I took photos of the damage and wrote down details, they repeatedly tried to tell me it wasn't broken, I don't need to worry about it, I don't need photos, etc.
When they finished bringing in the boxes, I filled out a bunch of paperwork. I would ask the team lead questions about what I was signing, and again, he mumbled so much I couldn't understand him, and when I did understand him, he didn't know the answer to any of my questions.
To top it off, after signing everything, he handed me a paper and asked me to write a review. The three men stood there staring at me, waiting for me to give them 5 stars. I did NOT give them 5 stars and it was so awkward with them standing over me.
I would never use this company again. Not even for free (I will make sure the military assigns us a different moving company next time).

Christopher Mitcham was the epitome of professionalism. Everything he promised he delivered. The crew of Kyle G, Elija B and Michael S did a great job despite the hottest day of the year in moving my possessions. Not a single item was damaged or broken.

Our crew: Mohammad B (Ishmael), Tarik, Kellem, & team delivered our household goods yesterday. They were very thoughtful and friendly- they took their time making sure our items were delivered and assembled. Not only did they work from arrival to unloading all of our goods but it was 96* and they were professional and friendly the entire time. Well done Mo and team! We’ve moved 14 times with military and this was our best delivery experience - Sonya

This was my first time working with an outside company to pack my belongings. Gigi, Delaney, and Morgan were absolutely a pleasure to be around. The entire process was stress-free and I could tell they took special care while packing/handling all of our household items. I would gladly work with them again, thank you so much for your hard work today.

Quality Services Moving is one of the greatest moving companies I’ve ever came in contact with. They handled all of my objects with care & made sure everything was exactly the way they found it. They even helped me fix things that were already broken so that helped a lot!!! 100% WOULD RECOMMEND!

Both the packers and moving crew were wonderful. However, the company grossly underestimated the scope and scale of the move which resulted in a cost overrun. Moreover, the management refused to communicate with me following the move. I emailed them and wrote a letter. Very disappointed with the experience.

The team led by Liz Turcios was just amazing. First of all, they were so gracious, so kind, so accommodating and incredibly fast and efficient and meticulous. They packed all the high value items with so much care, and worked nonstop until they finish the job. I haven’t seen Packers like this who were both so focused, so detail oriented, and so fast. The team included Al-Lagracia, Maikol H, Jason R and Ever R.

Steer clear of this company!! Their salesman impressed me as very professional and careful, and based on all his assurances, I chose "Quality" over other companies. The packers wasted massive amounts of paper overpacking non-fragile items, causing a nightmare of clean-up for me on unpacking, and no doubt it helped them use and charge for many more boxes than were needed. YET, the items which NEEDED TO BE PROTECTED (like white upholstered couches and hand made Amish wood furniture ) were soiled and chipped due to lack of any wrapping, which had been promised to me. A carved wood piece of unique and original African art ( a family heirloom) was broken in half by the packer, who came to show it to me before he packed it. "Quality" offered me $6 for this, and for the chipped headboard of our bed! They scraped our wall when bringing down furniture and declined to reimburse for the re-painting I had to have done, despite supporting pictures. This experience was tremendously disappointing, after paying over $7,000 for our local move.
