They don’t fallow to auction procedure. Very unprofessional. I got the unit from the auction but my unit was given someone else. The reason is so ridiculous, someone payed $10 more… very rude!!! Just drove 1 hour for nothing. Have to drive 1 hour to go back my home. Called the auction agent and they told me that this location is at fault and didn’t fallow the auction procedure!!

Extremely rude! Mahfuza Refuses to put a work order in for my unit to have its light checked/fixed. I am going on 3 months in my unit and no lights have been installed although we have been requesting maintenance since Day 1. I hope to find the owner’s information online as she refuses to provide any member of management’s contact information and also could not give me a day or timeframe I could expect to see a change. Mahfuza smirked and grinned as if she was very satisfied with her performance when I stated that I would be reporting her behavior. Please put a light in my unit!! That is all I need! Oh and when I arrived, the entrance door was locked and no one but a purse was at the desk. It took Mahfuza quite a while to get the door open as the door evidently had mechanical problems. This is a safety hazard! OSHA should be called if any other customer arrives and feels the employee’s safety is at risk!

actually a decent place. they gave me a unit though that has no lights and told me to go get a light bulb tho and I don't like that.
