At the moment giving 3 stars. In the past year or so they had been great. Good communication and took pictures of my dog while I was traveling for work. But this go around with my dog being older I have been trying to be proactive about his elderly needs and hadn’t heard back. I understand being busy as at my work we have been incredibly busy. I am hoping this works out and will update my review after vacation at the end of August.
