I went to this place last minute, they accepted me I emailed the photos of the haircut gave specific instructions. I came to pick my puppy up and got home to find bald spots all over her. Patches and bald spots. I’ve reached out several times no response. 80$ groom for Christmas pictures! Bald spots and uneven haircut.. worst place ever

Terrible. I asked them not to shave my dog and they still did. I asked them to use scissors instead of a razor and they said they had to use a razor. They are completely unaware of how to deal with a dog with a curly coat. This was our first and last time there. It was more expensive than anywhere I've been before and they shaved my dog down so low you can see his skin. It is WINTER and he is tiny. He won't stop shaking since I picked him up. I really wanted to like this place, but I'm so disappointed.

They did a great job grooming our golden retriever! It's been a couple weeks and he still smells good! We'll definitely be returning.

My recent visit (08/24/2023) was extremely disappointing. Despite requesting a simple scissor trim for my dog, it was clear that clippers were used. My dog, who is anxious around clippers, now has two bald spots as a result. What's worse, the groomer didn't inform me that they couldn't perform the requested scissor trim, which would have been the professional thing to do. During the consultation, I felt rushed and unheard, and the groomer assured me they understood my instructions but clearly did not. To top it off, not all of my dog's nails were properly cut. This was my worst grooming experience ever, and I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone. - Zulemmy J Ruiz, Owner"

Pet de Lite caused my 8 month old Shih Tzu to have PTSD. This was my first experience with them and I'll never go back! On July 22, 2023 I took her in to be groomed. I asked for the "puppy cut" , a very common cut for Shih Tzu's. Upon returning 4 hrs later to pick her up I was speechless when she came out! She had been scalped! Not only was her hair way to short I discovered later in the day they had scalped her bottom and vulva area. This caused Lilly, my puppy server pain for about a week plus. Her vulva was severely swollen, She couldn't sit, licked herself nonstop, refused to walk, play or eat. I could barley touch her. To this day I'm still working with Lilly to regain her trust. Moving forward getting her groomed isn't going to be easy. I know she's was traumatized, she has anxiety when I leave and has bouts of depression. She hasn't been the same since took her here. I demanded a full refund, which they gave, but it cannot undo the physiological damage done to Miss Lilly.

We were looking for a Groomer who could get our sweet doggie in quick, and Pet De Lite came to the rescue, and our Khloe enjoyed it so much that she didn't want to leave❤️

We wanted to try out a new Groomer who would hopefully have more availability and were so pleased to be able to not only get in within a day, but our sweet doggie looks fantastic and didn't even want to leave the new Groomer, thanks Pet De Lite....WIN!!

Pet De Lite run by Kay is fantastic! I’m been coming here for maybe 20+ years… Three different dogs! My pug won’t be groomed but Vinny loves to spend the day with Ben who does a fantastic job and takes great care of him. It’s easy to get an appointment and get in and out! I’m so pleased with them!

Took my two dogs here for the first time. They did such a great job with my boys! Love the haircuts they were given. The groomers were also super friendly and really took time to listen to what I wanted for the dogs. Will definitely be bringing them back!

This place is the rudest and most unprofessional groomers I've ever contacted. Answered the phone as pet de lite and when asked for an appointment she said she knows nothing about that and hung up. ?!?! What? Ok maybe a mess up so I called back and bam just answers and hangs up! Tried a couple more times just to see and yes the lady with a very heavy accent is actively answering and hanging up on potential customers. Save your time and money and avoid this place. Plenty of other groomers in the area.
