Poor quality, dirty rats are used to wipe down left stains and created some more. This is my second bad experience at this place and not returning to this place again desk is unapologetic does not care.

Worst carwash I ever been in. They force you to get off your car, charge you $20 for something that's barely a spray and clean (which instead of cleaning, it smudges it worse that I had to clean with goo gone and water bottle at the parking lot) they saw the smudge on the side and did nothing. You're a carwash not a car dealership. I could do better at self carwash or flagship. Save your money. Go anywhere else.
For the owner/manager: clean your equipment and train your staff better to check visually. No wonder you have a 3 star rating. It's a disgrace.

Horrible customer service and Quality of service. They over charge for stuff they don’t even do, have to constantly go over everything they missed even though I get charged extra for the services. After bringing it to their attention multiple visits I was told to go to another car wash they they’ve been doing it for 15 years and they don’t care what issues people have with their lack of service. Essentially saying people will keep coming no matter how horrible of service they provide.

I came here hoping that it was better than last time & I must say this place was so great! They really did a great job! I am so impressed with what a good job they did. I want to go back & be like this is for that day crew & tip more! Thank you I like coming there cuz it's close to my house! They do such a good job at a great price love this place!?

Just spent $50+ on the $30 wash plus $12 interior wipe down and $12 hot wax for my minivan after a 7 hr drive. They did not vacuum the back of the minivan at all or the third roll seat. I had to take it back to get vacuum and the guy was upset, throwing his arms in the air (I used the left lane), and being very rude. I still have bug splatter on my windshield, save your money and go to Springfield. Very disappointed in poor quality and no care to give customers what they paid for.

First time I took my car to this car wash the personal not friendly at all, I paid the full service to get my car clean all the service they offer for $30 they said they gonna do and they didn’t poor job cleaning the car it wasn’t vacuum properly the car wasn’t clean from inside I had to remove some trash my self and clean it properly

I got the $21 #2 deluxe wash. I was happy with the exterior wash but the interior was not worth the extra $7. I should have just bought the $14 #4 basic wash.

I wanted to get my car washed and then use a vacuum. You don’t get to do that here. This is more of a detail place for a vehicle.
