Believe every negative review of this place, trust me they earned it. If I could give them negative stars I definitely would, they are liars and thieves, DO NOT bring your truck or bus to them for anything. I bought my semi-truck to them to have an ABS module ordered, programmed and installed, and to remove my old ELD which spliced into a live wire. They had my truck for 6 weeks and the only thing they accomplished was ordering the ABS module. They did not program it nor did they remove my ELD. Two weeks after dropping my truck off I was notified via email that the ABS module had arrived and they'd begun working on it. A week after receiving that email I didnt hear from them so I called. At that point I was told by Robert Briscoe that they had the ABS module programmed and installed but they were having an issue getting it to communicate with one of the sensors. Also during that phone call I was told they pulled the "only mechanic" that could work on my truck off of it and had him working on another truck. From that point on my truck just sat there. Three weeks later Im told they're having an issue getting power to the ABS module via the datalink. At that point I'd had enough of the run around so I got my truck back from them and had two different mechanics double check their work. Thats when I found out that the two issues they claimed to have were not issues at all. The only issue my mechanics saw was that the ABS module had not been programmed; which my mechanic could have done in less than 30 minutes if he had access to the International/Navistar software. Them being a certified International/Navistar service center is the only reason I took my truck to K.Neal. They charged me $3k for the "labor" of programming the module; $5k in total including the cost of the ABS module. Save yourself time, money, and peace of mind by avoiding this place at all cost.

These r on point went on Monday morning with a air dryer issues and they checked me in 730am order the part the next morning 630am pulled my truck in at 715am I was rolling at 930am

They did the diagnostic on my truck it took them 1/2 hour I charge for 2 hours this people take ur money their service is so bad and they are rude.

I’m not sure how this location is in business. I unfortunately didn’t read the reviews before I visited but quickly realized this place is a disaster. Flies inside customer service area - dirty - dilapidated - felt like I walked into a shop from the 80s no one cares but they’re getting paid to be there. Called on a Friday to order parts told them I would be there Monday for pick up and made sure they were open because 4th of July would be Tuesday and the guy on the phone said in stock we got them here we’ll be open and I asked twice to make sure because who wants to drive to lorton. I’m the second person there and the guy infront of me I could tell has been getting his time wasted. In this industry we are all on a schedule. After about 50 minutes of waiting/trying to locate the parts they realized they only had half of what the computer said they had instock. Then the price was $500 more because I didn’t have an account and needed to talk to the manager. I’m a dealer.. no problem.. Sat right infront of I guess the manager who completely ignored me. That’s fine I’ll take my money and business else where. Close this location down and save whatever reputation your other locations have. This place is embarrassing.

Unfortunately, 1 is the least rate Google allows. I would rate them in minus if possible. They are literally thieves, they care only about how to steal your money. They charged me $600 and said they haven’t come to a conclusion yet and need more time!! Another mechanic figured it out and resolved the issue in a couple of hours.

Never answers the phone, terrible customer service and communication. Takes weeks to get back a truck for a simple inspection.

0 star very bad service don’t go there you will lose your time 1 month to change turbocharge and very very expensive they charge me 3500 without parts I brought the parts because they was going to charge me 6500 for the parts only I brought with 2300 no respect not professional at all

The service department is terrible. Brought my truck here 4 times and each and every time the truck got worse instead of fixing it. Brand new truck and they made everything worse. Safe yourself the stress and sell the truck before even thinking of coming here.

This place is terrible! Brand new truck only 20k miles brought in for warranty work. Brought it 4 times and each time they replaced the same part and still didn’t fix it! After the 4th time I came to pick it up it takes about 3 mins to crank up, now it’s throwing injector codes and a few other things. Oh and mind you, each time I brought it here the truck sat for at least a month on the lot without anybody touching it. Steer far away from this place!!!

I would rate this facility 0 star if I could. Our truck never gets the right service, never done within reasonable time. Incorrected part ordered which led to delay is there major problems. Truck was sitting for a exact 7 days before it was diagnosed, then another 7 days for part order. Call to verify the repair time when learned they ordered wrong part. My requested to expedite shipping was also rejected. Called again after another week, story still very same "the part we ordered never arrived, I have to check with our part department to find out the reason behind this", they left me speechless before said they would give me a call to confirm as to when the part should arrived. Waiting for whole day without any call-back......

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. I accepted their estimate to fix what was needed for va inspection to pass. And after 3 weeks of work, they said sorry we don’t do that kind of service so it didn’t pass inspection. But they still charged me for other stuff they fixed over $6000Overpriced place, and they would scam people just to take your money. They did oil change and pm also didn’t even add fluids or put a sticker on window so I know it was changed and miles. Nothing… avoid this shop.
