Excellent service with great friendly staff. I highly recommend their services. They have a nice seating area for you to wait while filling your prescription.

Best pharmacy in the area. Great customer service, reasonable price as well. If you don’t have health insurance, they will give you discount. They will try their best to fulfill your request, unlike the other big brand pharmacies had long wait and ignored you; they always try their best to help you. If you are unhappy with other pharmacies, switch to here asap!

My only regret is not changing from CVS to this pharmacy earlier (like my wife had been telling me to do for a year now). KC has excellent customer service every time I have had to consult with them, which to be honest i was not expecting after all the negative interactions I have had with corporate pharmacies. I would highly recommend this place

My insurance no longer puts them as a preferred pharmacy, but compared to CVS or Walmart, I still put up with driving 95 to use them. Some of their prices still beat the others. They also let me know when they are ready.

GREAT SERVICE AND AFTER SEVERAL YEARS OF PAYING WAY TOO MUCH FOR MY MEDICATION I FOUND KC PHARMACY!! VERY REASONABLE PRICE AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT POSITIVE EXPERIENCES HERE AND IT IS CLOSE TO MY DR OFFICE. SO NO MORE RUNNING BACK AND FORTH THRU DC TRAFFIC, THANK GOD! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT KC. after years of paying way too much for my medication and dealing with rude service and unnecessary problems at other pharmacies in the dc area i found kc pharmacy. thank god i did. the service has been great and i now pay less too! they have always been nice and on point. no complaints from me. thanks kc, i look forward to many years doing business with you! god bless!!

I've remained several years with KC Pharmacy, enduring several disappointments only because of the convenience & location. I have just experienced another disappointment and being lied to over the phone. A Rx was called in on 2/25/23 and as usual I waited for the text to come that it was ready for pick up or delivery. Since it never came I called to inquire yesterday, 3/2. After being put on hold forever I was told that a text was sent to me on 2/27. After fully disputing that because there was no text, I was complimented on how I always respond afterwards & come get the Rx or ask for delivery. I was then told that the text "did not go thru" and in fact was not sent to me. Well I wanted the Rx delivered since I had been waiting so long. Now there's no delivery on Thursday and I could not get it today. This afternoon I called to see when it would be delivered and was told, "after 6 pm today." I inquired about earlier since there was no delivery yesterday and was told "we had delivery yesterday, let me see what happened." I'm done! I should have been last year when I was asked to have a credit card on file for the $5 delivery fee. It's FREE DELIVER! I was immediately called back to tell me about the $60 copay. It was so frustrating to inform AGAIN that I have a primary AND secondary insurance and I have no copay. I've also had another person's Rx delivered to my house before then had a driver to come back 2 days later inquiring about the delivery. Yep, the worst!! And let's not forget the reported "Adult/child Covid vaccine debacle.
