Stopped by to see about getting a new battery after mine went dead after not driving my truck for a while. The tech came out and connected the battery tester and told me everything was just fine and it was holding a good charge. I really appreciated the honest feedback and avoiding the cost of a new battery. I have been a fan of interstate batteries for a long time and I'm now a new fan of this shop. When it is time to get a new battery, I am certainly going to buy it here.

I had an interstate battery that apparently had issues. They checked it, and within 5 minutes handed me a new battery... under warranty... for free... how do you improve service?! I don't know... maybe give a complimentary steak and baked potato... joking aside, the service doesn't get any better then this.

It’s quite a challenge finding this place and I arrived 4:40 pm, 20 minutes before closing time. The tech Tom said they only install batteries until 4:00 pm. I pleaded, they consented, I am so thankful. The new version battery didn’t look as snazzy as the old one. But I found out the old Interstate battery was since October 2012–that’s a good 9 years and 4 years over the expected life. The Interstate brand, the accommodation to put the new battery in, and the friendly efficient service by Tom and the lady who took my payment are truly worthy of 5 stars!
