If you want to improve the quality of your physical, mental and spiritual being, I highly recommend the Pranayama class. It’s a small group, which means individual attention, and that’s a bonus if you have physical concerns or pains which can be relieved by yoga practice. When I started Pranayama, I was dealing with a great deal of stress and recovering from severe sciatica. By being regular in attendance, I have a calmer mind. My problems still exist but my focus and attitude changed.Another benefit is my spine feels stronger. This allows me to resume my regular exercise routine. My nasal passages feel clearer and breathing is easier. Lastly, I no longer have interrupted sleep at night. This has led me to kick my coffee habit. The Asana postures truly improve flexibility. These poses can be done no matter what student level you are.I look forward to Pranayama classes and all the values it brings to my life.

A friend referred me to Happiness Yoga for prenatal yoga classes. I've been practicing yoga for several years now but wanted to know what specifically not to do while pregnant. Sunita has been a wonderful teacher, she's pointed out the benefits to some of the things we do and how it helps prepare me for labor and the baby, which I appreciate. I also want to point out that Happiness Yoga focuses more on pranayama, whereas in my experience a lot of American teachers focus on asanas. And I love this because this is more authentic and real yoga. Lastly I especially love Sunita's enthusiasm, it's infectious!

If I have to describe Sunita with one word for her skills as a instructor it will be: “amazing”!!She is simply the best. I am so happy I found happiness yoga cause it really made me happy. I started prenatal yoga with Sunita when I was 3 months pregnant and didn’t stop since then. It made me feel so good throughout the pregnancy and even at times where I felt tired, Sunita was so understanding but also motivational. She is so dedicated and passionate about what she is doing, it is really inspirational. She reaches out to make sure I am not giving up because she understands how tough but also how important for a pregnant woman to keep moving and practicing breathing regularly!! I am close to my delivery date today and I feel much more flexible and energetic than the day I started. I am ready for the big day thanks to Sunita!!

I am a middle aged lady. Although I am generally quite active my legs and spine are stiff due to standing a long time at work for many years as a ICU doctor. My cousins recommended their Yoga group and so we attended an outdoor get together and learned some. asanas. Then I joined class and with Sunita Ji’s gentle instruction I feel more stable, strong and flexible. I am not very good in the asanas but I try as it is quite difficult for a beginner. Sunita Ji is an accomplished instructor. She knows the human body- both structure and function and watches us closely on Zoom so we maintain a safe and correct posture in every asana. She never leaves a single person out of her cheery good morning every day. I am quite amazed at how brilliant and perceptive she is to every student’s needs and unique body form. I feel very safe and comfortable in my Yoga practice at Happiness Yoga.

I am very greatful that I joined Happiness Yoga. I joined them about 4 months ago. In the beginning I was afraid to even start the classes thinking of not able to do asana. But Shaishav and Sunita encouraged me to attend class regularly. I am improving my body flexibility, physical health and mental health. They are awesome instructors, very knowledgeable, passionate. They are really AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!!

I took prenatal yoga classes and loved it so much! Sunita is such a great yoga instructor and she has the patient of an angel. She’s not your tipical yoga instructor, she’s patient and she’s willing to teach you the meaning of yoga and the postures you’re doing. Throughout her classes I’ve learnt to breath and calm my pregnancy anxiety and helped me a lot with my confidence. So if you’re pregnant and want to prepare for a comfortable and confident birth, take this class! You won’t regret it.

I took private lessons with Happiness Yoga last summer, and I really enjoyed my time with the teachers. I felt they were able to push my physical practice, as well as deepen my understanding of what yoga truly is and how it can impact the mind and quality of life as well. I highly recommend this studio for their integrity and authenticity.

It is my 2nd time to be here today. The studio is very serene. A relaxing place to do yoga. The instructor is very knowledgeable and very patient. I encourage all night nurses to attend this class. The 7:30 shift is perfect after your long and stressful work at the hospital. It's a good way to de-stress and take care of your back. For sure, you will have a good sleep after this.
