I love working out here. Plenty of variety of cardio, free weights and machines. My wife loves the classes. If you need help while visiting or signing up, Karin is the best! The only negative is that too many people talk on their cell phones while doing cardio and gym doesn't enforce cardio machine rules for phone use or put up a no phone use sign that patrons could point out.

Lorton’s Gold Gym has the best fitness trainers/coaches. The people here are friendly. I also enjoy using their abundant selections of exercise equipments. I am motivated to come to the gym knowing that I will always have equipment to use.

Gold’s Gym is well equipped, clean, and friendly. The women ‘s gym is never crowded and the equipment is always in good working order. It’s a pleasant place to work out.

I really like this gym. The equipment is new, everything is clean, spacious, and there are no foreign odors. The staff is responsive, they always come up with something new, I also really like the personal trainers, so far this is an ideal place for me to exercise.
