Can't get through to them via the phone number on their website, which is weird and frustrating. Completed and submitted (received confirmation it had been sent) their online service request form. Two days later and still haven't heard back from them. Guess they don't want any business. Moving on to another classic automobile service center.

My sister and I both have Mercedes Benzes. In September of 2019, my sister's car failed inspection due to the brakes, and she was also told she needed a new headlight. I called Global Automotive and spoke with the owner, RT Plate, who was professional and courteous. He sent me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for the next day.

My sister and I both have Mercedes Benzes. In September of 2019, my sister's car failed inspection due to the brakes, and she was also told she needed a new headlight. I called Global Automotive and spoke with the owner, RT Plate, who was professional and courteous. He sent me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. My sister was pleased with the excellent service provided by Bob, who is a Mercedes Certified Mechanic. She was told she needed both front and rear brakes, but Bob said it only needed rear brakes. He also cleaned her headlight instead of replacing it. It cost her a lot less than what she had anticipated! My Benz was due for maintenance, so I called Global. Again, RT was professional and courteous, and told me I could drop my car off at my convenience. The required maintenance was performed by Bob in a timely manner. Like my sister, I was very pleased with the whole experience! Just before Christmas, I needed my tires on my Jeep inflated properly and I called Global Automotive. RT, again courteous and professional, said I could bring it in that day. While I was there, I pointed out a little scuff on the front bumper I had gotten in a parking garage, and he buffed it out for me. There was no waiting; it took less than 10 minutes, and my Jeep looks as good as new! Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, talented, and courteous! Now my brother wants to bring his truck to Global after taking it to two places that could not fix it. I highly recommend Global Automotive!

We just had our 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 serviced at Global. RT, Bob and JW did an amazing job for an amazing price. We needed the EGR fixed as well as some other related issues. The work was done professionally and efficiently. Later we came back again when the truck was making a strange noise. They quickly diagnosed what it was, gave us a super fair estimate and it was fixed within 24 hours. We couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for good, honest work, look no further!!

I have been going to Global Automotive for the last couple of years and their service is unmatched. RT is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable, and honest mechanics I've ever encountered. I relocated to the DC area and had trouble finding a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, until I met RT. He, along with his team, has been honest about the issues with my car, thoroughly explains what needs to be fixed, and finds the most reasonable deals possible. I never doubt the quality of work that is being done to my car when it's in RT's hands. I also never have to question if the issues are legitimate or a way to get more money out of me. RT treats me like family and I would recommend him to anyone. You can tell he loves what he does and is in it for the people.

I recently took my vehicle to Global to have some maintenance done as my factory extended warranty had just expired. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and polite, and most importantly they did not try and sell me anything that was not needed as other repair shops do. Will always take my vehicles here and highly recommend. Great local shop !!

I've recently had my vehicle repaired at Global Automotive because I was tired of feeling like I was being robbed at the dealership. This shop came recommended by a friend and I will not be going back to the dealership again. Prices are fair, staff was friendly, and I left with a smile on my face which was probably a first after paying for automotive repairs. Lot of shops out there to choose from but this one has my business. highly recommend this shop.

Had a great experience here getting some issues checked out on my Honda HR-V. The whole business is built on honesty, transparency, and fair pricing. They diagnosed the issues I had with my suspension for free, with no obligation, which is very rare for these kinds of repairs. The owner is extremely hands on and involved, and started the business because he saw too many people being ripped off at other auto repair shops. I will be recommending them because it's very difficult to find a shop with this approach.
