Tim and Chelsea are both SO nice. Chelsea has helped me with my Etsy orders several times when I've had to ship overseas. In this case Tim shipped my order when it was returned twice by USPS and it was safely delivered to my customer. Thank you guys so much for your help!

Package left from Lorton delivered and was missing 1 hr after delivery. No one takes packages in my area. First time with FedEx and Package magically disappeared. Didn't even leave at my door. Left in front of building door. Lazy workers and made my whole life a nightmare dealing with them to get my money back for something I never got thanks to these lazy workers

My item was not in the shipping box, one side of the box’s tape was cut open and when I looked inside the box there was nothing inside. Be careful when ordering expensive items shipped through them better to do a store delivery than go through the hassle of not receiving your order.

Closed the doors in my face at 5:58 after calling store to ensure they’d be open. The lady on the phone ran and turned off all the lights and put the closed sign on. She said she’d lock up at 6pm.

This location has to be a joke right ? Understaffed long wait times...no not a line wrapped around the corner. Three people in this place you will be waiting atleast 20+min

Per my tacking number my package needed indirect signature required … I went step by step and through FedEx website and signed shipment release authorization and put it in front of my door . FedEx officer came and put door tag number sticker next to shipment release authorization and left without leaving my package. I called customer service and my experience was terrible … Very bad experience I don’t use FedEx anymore

They do not follow the note that it's added for the delivery, I asked to drop off the package in front of my door, the note hasn't been followed.

First, I asked Tim for help. He was rude and tough I believed he had a mental issue, and I was about to leave the store, but Betty offered to help, and she was accommodating and had excellent customer service. She enabled me to do my shipment process as easy as simple. And the reason I gave a bad review because the way Tim deals with customers.

Slightly transphobic and unaccommodating to someone who is transgender. They asked for my drivers license, and then proceeded to use my birth name on all my mail, even tho that is not my actual name. I don't want to go back here because of my bad experience. There is a print station that was useful though. I'm not sure if they ask for a drivers license for all mail, I just assumed they asked me for my drivers license since I was mailing internationally. I won't be returning here if I have to mail anything, but I may or may not return if I need to print something.

This review is 100% about the staff at this specific location, all 3 people I was in contact with during my visit were wonderful. Begi with the gentleman on the phone who helped guide me there when I was having trouble locating the shop through the 2 ladies who were working the front counter that helped complete my shipment I am very satisfied with my experience. It may seem simple enough to ship a package but I've had some terrible experiences in the past and it was great to have such friendly staff support me. Definitely recommend this store for service! PS, I was there in Friday the 20th in the afternoon.

My packages were marked as delivered on my account. I was at home and no one knocked on my door. I looked outside 3 minutes after the documented delivery time. Nothing. Maybe they were scanned and on the way? I later realized that my packages were delivered to my neighbor's house. These were important, time-sensitive items that I needed for work. I wanted to contact Fedex just to make them aware to be more careful. No one was available. Unfortunately, I had no control over the company that was used to deliver my items. But I will never personally choose to use Fedex.

Two weeks in a row packages were left at the bottom of the driveway. Not acceptable by any standards, especially when the driver has dolly in the truck or have the courtesy to knock on the door.
