If I could give this place zero stars I would! Third time I had a package delivered by these people, thrid time I've never received. They should just say "hey we dont deliver to apartments/individual units unlike other better competitors, and will throw your package outside for you to fetch and hope that its even there".... #respectfully ?

Worst experience ever! I was supposed to receive a package Thursday. It's Saturday and I still haven't received it. I called customer service and they told me that my package was put in the wrong delivery truck! I can't believe the incompetent!!!! Now, I'm gonna have to wait till next week! Ridiculous!!!

Your driver did not bother to put my package ($70 worth of art supplies) in the locker and left it out in the open, unattended. Needless to say the package was stolen. How do we solve this issue. This is not the first time this has happened. I would post no stars if this was an option

Same issues as others. Had a fake ‘attempted delivery’ so I had to go pick it up myself. I was home all day and no one came by. Fedex would be more reliable and faster if they tried transport and delivery on horses.

If you need anything requiring a signature the driver's will note it as customer not available without leaving a door tag so they can catch up and make all of their contracted business deliveries for that day.

This specific facility does not have employees that can honor shipping dates. A package of mine was delivered there days ago and has been sitting there with zero explanation. The chat bot provides no additional info. FedEx website had my delivery date for the 24th then it pushed to the 25. Now it’s pushed to the 27th. One place on your site says it’s in transit and on time, meanwhile it’s days late. I contacted FedEx customer care and it connected me to someone in India. FedEx outsources it’s customer service to India. That being said the customer service rep provided me the same info that is written on the website but with and I’m sorry and a heavy accent. Let’s see if it comes tomorrow or if I need to leave another review.

Liars, I watched my package closely, printed and signed the Indirect signature required form and taped it to my door while being home. Driver lied, said he made the attempt but he never knocked, nor did he leave the package because the signed notice was on the door. Hire better drivers.
