Zero stars. Ordered pizza yesterday on March 23rd March 2024 and pizza quality was very bad size was too small with stale dried toppings. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this Dominos pizza from this location . Domino’s pizza was our family favorite not anymore.

We usually carryout order once a week.The Domino's Pizza at Gunston Lorton boasts a team of incredibly friendly staff who always greet you with a smile.Their service is efficient and accommodating, making every visit a pleasant experience. The online ordering system is convenient and user friendly.The pizzas are consistently tasty and cooked promptly. With their dedication to customer satisfaction, lorton Domino's has become my go-to spot for delicious pizza.

The service was horrible. I ordered my pizza and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. The app said the delivery was complete without my order being delivered. I called the store letting then know I did not receive my order, I was told that the delivery person picked up the wrong order so they had to go back to the store to get my order and deliver it here and it will take 15 minutes. I received a call from them again stating my food was delivered to the wrong address and they would like to credit me the amount I paid for a future order.

First, they delivered the wrong order ( shame on me for not checking before I took it) so I called the store guy was polite, apologized and was offered a credit or future discount. But at no point asked if I still wanted the original order? So just told him to credit. Second, driver shows up and rings doorbell when there were clear instructions on the order to leave at the door and text when he arrived ( I added a 20% tip when I paid online so no reason to have contact). Third, the driver shows back up and in English I could barely understand says something about a receipt, which mind you he never gave me then wants to blame me for this issue. After telling him for the 3rd time I had already called the store he is still wanting to argue and I think wants the wrong delivery items back. At this point I’m getting pretty annoyed and seeing how I just had surgery 5 days ago told him as calmly as I could to go back to his store and get the hell away from my front door. He didn’t and had to call the store to get this idiot to leave from the front of the house. After reviewing all the negative reviews from this location it will be a cold day in hell before I order from them ever again. If you’re in a customer service business, one be able to clearly speak the prevailing language so people can be able to understand you and two never verbal attack someone on their front porch when you made the mistake. Bad business/customer service seems to be a culture issue with this location. Thank god papa John’s and Pizza Hut are close

Ordered pizzas and the website said delivery time was 25-30 minutes. I called an hour later and manager still had no clue when they would be delivered because he only had two drivers working. I understand but then the website should reflect the actual time and not some bogus time. Canceled order.

Usually I get wonderful customer service and great delivery. Last night, however was a MESS! I ordered my pizza and it stated it was delivered. I called the store and the associate on the other line stated wait 10 minutes. So I did, I called back furious and angry. They didn’t deliver my pizza, so I asked to speak with a manager and told the person on the other line to do better. They offered me to make a new pizza. They delivered correctly the second time, as I watched the driver get out of the car (Thanks Dominoes app). He went upstairs to the apartment above me where he delivered the first pizza! First off, it’s not hard to READ THE ADDRESS, especially if it’s on the first floor!This team needs better training, drivers that can read! I’m not ordering from here for awhile!

Bad experience and bad service unfortunately,This my second time i try to take a cary out from this measurable Domino's but i found i young gang girl she closed the door in my face.Stay a way.
