“I'm from out of town. Checked the coolant and it was low. Bought orange antifreeze instead of green. Add the orange then googled what might happen if it's mixed. Bad jujubees is what happens. Called Mervs, at 4:30, explained what I did. He said bring it over. Got there at 5:15. He pumped out the orange stuff and filled it with green stuff. All this for the price of a gallon of antifreeze. Left at 5:45. I can't say enough good things about MERVS. If I lived here I would always take my cars there. Thanks Merv!”

My Chevy Traverse was having issues; I had taken it to the dealer three times for a total of four days (cha-ching$) in that shop - and it still wasn't fixed! “FX Collision paint-matched a plastic, after-market spoiler perfectly, making it look identical to my aluminum Mustang, removed the OEM 'spoiler delete' and the back-up camera mounted in it, installed the spoiler and the back-up camera, and calibrated the camera so it functions and displays exactly as before. Their shop being co-located with Wraps on Whips was very helpful in that I could take the car into one place to get a spoiler installed by FX Collision and the stripes installed by Wraps on Whips at the same time.”

“Jr's Auto Solutions is great. Nice guys work there and they fixed my car pretty quickly. I had originally gone to another mechanic for my safety inspection, and they quoted me $1800 in repairs. I went to Jr's after he reached out to me via Facebook after I posted asking for recommendations for a second opinion on my inspection. When I showed up at this shop, he told me one of the "issues" the other shop found wasn't actually an issue. For the other two things I needed done, he quoted me less than half the cost of what the other shop wanted. An overall great place with honest employees and very fair pricing.”

I bought my 1989 Mustang LX 5.0 brand new in November ’88, then spent the late ’90s turning it into a supercharged street machine with 467 WHP. It was fast, had a deep muscular tone, and a refined suspension setup that made it a blast to drive—until life happened and it sat in my driveway for 15 years, collecting dust and sympathy from passing gearheads.
When I finally decided to bring it back to life, I got some initial work done elsewhere, but the car still had a bad case of “starts when it feels like it” and “drives like it’s haunted.” That’s when I called in the pros at American High Performance.

“I will say that they are a little pricier than some of the other repair shops - BUT! I have found over and over that they are reliable, knowledgeable, and super speedy! I took my jeep to two other places nearer to me, and neither could diagnose my problem and got wrong things replaced, and then sent it back without the serious problem being fixed. Laurel Hill was able to correctly diagnose the problem over the phone and was able to fix it within hours, and my car drives perfectly. So I do want to recommend them highly, because they have time and time again fixed our car issues and have done so when other places have not.”

“My car had failed stare inspection for a wheel bearing. Kurt was able to get in and out fairly quickly but he also recommended for him to see why it was running rough. I was aware of the issue but said screw it you're already working on it go for it. He found out a fuel injector wire was frayed and needed to be spliced and repaired. He did so and now my vehicle (1994 Landcruiser) runs better than ever! Definitely recommend Kurt if you're in the area. It'll be a long wait wait, but he's a one man operation. Very honest and reliable.”
“RPM is our go to place for repairs and advice! They keep our vintage Porsche in good running order -- we've had awful experiences in the now distant past when local dealers simply weren't able handle the work. They have also helped us out on our other cars. They have helped us out several times with minor problems. We have found going to a dealer for what seems like minor work can result in very high repair bills as they replace vs. repair. In one case RPM made a repair for $120. Had we gone to a dealer we estimate it would have been well over $1,000. We have found them very competent and above board. Their work is excellent on often hard to repair autos! If you have a problem that they are unfamiliar with they will tell you and make suggestions.”
